Earlier, from Chief Bonen, Ethan learned that as long as the Tribe Chief gives the order, the entire tribe will follow the order.

Now, he has the loyalty of the Ancestor of the tribe, who is even stronger and more powerful than the Tribe Chief. So, the mission is supposed to be completed.

’Or at least, there should be so progress, right?’

He was hoping for at least so changes in the mission, showing progress.

So, when he saw no changes, Ethan could not help but frown.

’Wait a second...does the system want to gain acknowledgent from all the tribe mbers?’

Suddenly, Ethan realised what he was missing and his eyes lit up.

He quickly ordered sothing to Ancestor Skulnen, who nodded his head in agreent before ordering Chief Bonen,

"Little Bonen, gather all tribesn to the Ancient Grounds. We will hold an official ceremony in the Ancient Grounds to swear our loyalty to Master Ethan."

"Yes, Ancestor."

Chief Bonen and the Ancient Elders imdiately left the small chamber to make the necessary preparations for the official loyalty ceremony in the Ancient Grounds.

The sound of hurried footsteps and orders echoed faintly as the Bone Fortress slowly grew lively outside.

Inside the huge hall of the Bone Fortress, only Ethan and Ancestor Skulnen remained.

Ethan sat on the main seat, his aura calm yet commanding, while Ancestor Skulnen stood tall and respectfully beside him.

"Ancestor Skulnen, you don’t have to stand. If your tribe mbers see you like that, how will they feel?" Ethan spoke lightly.

At first, Ancestor Skulnen shook his head stubbornly, unwilling to take a seat equal to Master Ethan; however, after Ethan asked him multiple tis, ntioning how he was liked by his tribe mbers for his strong personality, Ancestor Skulnen finally sighed and sat down beside the main seat.

"Ancestor Skulnen, I have a question for you."

While waiting for the ceremony arrangents to be completed, Ethan decided to confirm so of his earlier doubts. His thoughts lingered on the strange phrase he had co across before—Foreign Cultivator.

"What is a Foreign Cultivator? And how did you beco one?" Ethan asked in a calm but probing tone.

Earlier, the system had ntioned Ancestor Skulnen was a Foreign Cultivator, and it was in his mind all this ti.

"Huh? Foreign Cultivator? What is that?"

But, to Ethan’s shock, Ancestor Skulnen blinked in confusion.

He was ready to answer any question from Ethan, but the very first one left him completely baffled.

He simply looked at Ethan with a puzzled expression, showing that he genuinely had no clue.

’Huh? You don’t know?’

Ethan frowned slightly, unable to hide his surprise.

With Ancestor Skulnen’s loyalty already at 100 points, Ethan knew for sure that Skulnen could not lie to him. That ant his confusion was real.

’Maybe, he really doesn’t know.’ Ethan silently thought.

"Forget it."

After a mont of silence, Ethan shook his head and shifted to another question.

"Earlier, inside the Battle Space, you clearly swore a Heavenly Oath, and even the Heavens acknowledged it. But how were you able to remain unhard after blatantly breaking it?"

"This... I don’t know the answer either." Ancestor Skulnen rubbed his bald head awkwardly, a trace of embarrassnt flickering across his usually domineering face.

"..."

Ethan was left speechless, staring at the old ancestor with narrowed eyes before letting out a bitter sigh.

"Never mind."

He decided not to press further and made a ntal note.

’I’ll just rely on the system to provide with all the information regarding the Secret Enclaves and the Hermit Tribes after I complete the mission.’

Leaning back in the main seat, Ethan’s mind shifted toward the bigger picture. His lips curved into a smile.

’Since I’ve already secured the Bonepiercer Tribe, I might as well take in the other Hermit Tribes too.’

His thoughts landed on the Moonshadow Tribe. Just like the Bonepiercer Tribe, they bore no deep enmity with him.

In fact, with both tribes already being allies after fearing the Bloodclaw Tribe, there was no reason for him to clash with them.

’And with the Bonepiercer Tribe’s support, persuading the Moonshadow Tribe should be much easier.’

Ethan’s smile grew faintly sharper as he closed his eyes, silently preparing for the ceremony that would officially bind the Bonepiercer Tribe under his na.

"That’s a good idea, Master Ethan."

Soon, Ethan shared his thoughts with Ancestor Skulnen, who nodded his head and called Chief Bonen.

Since Ancestor Skulnen had retired long ago, he didn’t know how things were with the Moonshadow Tribe.

So, they quickly summoned Chief Bonen, who brought Elder yla along with him.

Elder yla was the Ancient Elder of the Moonshadow Tribe stationed in the Bonepiercer Tribe. So, Ethan asked Chief Bonen to bring her along with him.

"T-this..."

Elder yla was shocked to see Ethan sitting in the main seat where only Tribe Chiefs were supposed to sit.

’So, the Bonepiercer Tribe really decided to swear their loyalty to the organisation backing this Golden Core Realm Cultivator.’

After witnessing how easily he kidnapped Ancestor Skulnen earlier, yla didn’t dare think of him as a re brat but a cultivator who was an equal.

But after seeing the scene in front of her, she realised that he was not an equal but much above her.

"Little Lass, Master Ethan wants to discuss so things with your Tribe’s Chief. Can you arrange a eting with her?"

After learning the current situation between the two tribes from Chief Bonen, Ancestor Skulnen decided to arrange a eting with the Moonshadow Tribe’s Chief for Ethan.

"My Tribe Chief will be honoured to receive you, Ancestor Skulnen and....Master Ethan."

Elder yla was shocked by Ancestor Skulnen’s words and hurriedly assured him that her Tribe Chief would be ready to et soone like Ancestor Skulnen anyti.

When ntioning Ethan’s na, she hesitated a bit but still said it.

Since Ancestor Skulnen was showing such respect to Ethan, she knew she had to do the sa.

"Good."

Ancestor Skulnen nodded his head and said, "Once we complete the ceremony, let’s go to your Secret Enclave."

"Understood, Ancestor Skulnen."

Elder yla quickly left the hall to make preparations to receive Ancestor Skulnen and Ethan.
