“You don’t understand!” Feng Xun glared at Xuan Yi. “When Feng Wu stares at you with her big black eyes without saying a word, don’t you feel terrified?”
Xuan Yi rubbed his chin and gave Jun Linyuan a glance, then said, “That’s called an ‘aura.’”
Sa as Boss Jun, Feng Wu’s gaze was sharper than a cold blade that threatened to kill any stranger who ca too close without permission.
Feng Xun nodded imdiately. “That’s so true. Anyway, my stomach turns whenever Feng Wu looks at like that.”
“‘We’ abducted his brother?” Jun Linyuan looked casually in Feng Xun’s direction.
Puckering up his face, Feng Xun said, “, it was all . I ca up with the idea... Gosh, will Feng Wu kill when she sees next ti?”
Jun Linyuan gave him the slightest smile and murmured, “If she owes you her life...”
That imdiately cheered Feng Xun up. “That’s right. Exactly! She won’t do anything to if I save her life! Let’s go now! I have to save her this ti!”
“I’ll go first.” Jun Linyuan was unbelievably fast. He was out of sight almost imdiately after that.
“Boss Jun is so nice to ,” Feng Xun mumbled gratefully as he watched Jun Linyuan turn into a tiny black dot on the horizon.
Xuan Yi gave him a questioning look.
Feng Xun was so touched and his tone was full of emotion. “Boss Jun hurried off just to help make Feng Wu owe her life. He would never try to save anyone if it wasn’t for , not to ntion that he doesn’t even like Feng Wu. Sigh. I owe Boss Jun so much —”
A suspicious look flickered in Xuan Yi’s brooding eyes. “... But...”
Feng Xun looked at him in bewildernt.
Rubbing his nose, Xuan Yi shook his head with a wry smile on his face. Sohow, he was understanding the whole thing differently from Feng Xun. But was he supposed to believe that Boss Jun actually cared about Feng Wu? Xuan Yi shook his head. There was no way that Boss Jun would go for a useless girl like that.
As they rushed toward Wanping Town, the town itself was surrounded on all sides by magical beasts!
Although Ning Chenxi had lured away so of the magical beasts, more were coming out of the mountains in endless waves. Hence, Wanping Town had been under constant attack this whole ti!
The town might be able to hold on for a while if it was only attacked by land beasts outside the gate. However, magical beasts were coming down from the sky as well!

There were magical eagles, bats, and all kinds of other birds... Countless flying beasts batted their wings, covering the sky as they attacked the town with their abilities.
