"All items are the sa... is the maze resetting itself?!"
Jason was not sure if his assumption was correct, but if the maze was resetting itself, he would only go around in circles, there wouldn't be an end.
Even years could pass without him passing the trials.
As such, the second trial was not only designed to test one's ability to survive inside the maze, but also rational thinking, as well as the ability to tell glamour apart from reality.
It made one look at all kinds of things in detail, questioning if what was in front of them was real or an illusion.
This impressed Jason, but at the sa ti, he was annoyed because he had wasted too much ti.
Yet, one could say that he had figured out everything much faster than others would probably be able to.
However, that did little to ease his mind because he now had to figure out how to pass the Infinite maze trial.
'If it's always resetting itself, there shouldn't be a destination I can reach just like that.
Rather, it's probably more like I have to fulfill certain requirents for sothing to change.
Either, the final destination is a physical place or just a portal...if it's the latter, the portal I'm looking for should be manifested through runes, in so way.
So...should I start looking for specific runes now?'
Jason tried to make up his mind, before acting.
Even if he had wasted so ti, his Emperor Eyes would help him catch up soon.
That was because he didn't have to search for any clues to pass the trials but specific runes that could create portals.
His confidence grew a little because Jason had seen countless runes thousands of tis during the last few months while reading many books stored in his spatial ring.
World bridges interested him the most, which was partially the case because he had yet to take revenge on certain individuals of races that had made his life miserable!
The coordinates of the planets they ca from were imprinted on his mind, and even if it might just be an interdiate stop, Jason knew that he could easily find out more information in those places.
However, in order to achieve this, he required more strength.
Reaching the Specta stage would already be a great achievent because Jason assud that the strongest beings of common races like the Ifrytor race would probably have at least one powerhouse at that stage.
As for higher races, they would have more powerhouses at that stage.
Yet, Jason was not sure how the numbers of powerhouses were at a higher stage, but it would simply take too long for most common and higher races to reach the stage after the Specta stage.
Nevertheless, the My?ldra and Burane race were strong, and Jason knew that his revenge required lots of patience and extre strength!
Thus, it was even more important to finish the trials with the best possible result, even if the final inheritance was not suitable to him.
Other rewards were still great enough to make him work even harder, while he also had other tasks to complete.
With that in mind, Jason began examining all runes he could find with a distinct look in his eyes.
Because there were thousands of runes, and he had to pay attention to each of them, it took Jason more than three days before the Infinite maze seed to reset once again.
However, in the anti, Jason had found the answer to what he had been looking for.
'Each trap is connected to? the other, and the building construction has one particular rune which activates a portal with the energy supplied by the traps?' He asked himself, not sure if that made sense.
Triggering traps would lose all of the mana that had been used to empower them.
As such, if neither he nor any other beast would trigger even a single trap, the supply of energy would be more than enough to activate the rune inside the building construction.
That had to be the case, otherwise, Jason was not sure why every single trap would be connected to the unique-looking house.
Thus, he rushed towards it, the mont the Infinite maze reset, without triggering even a single trap before he activated the well-hidden rune. Sohow, it was as easy as that, which caused Jason to wonder whether he had just wasted his ti, or if everything was different than it seed.
But that didn't seem to be the case because every single trace of energy gathered inside the house, only to fully activate the rune.
Through this, the traps were now void of energy while a small blue shining portal appeared in front of Jason.
He was not sure how others were supposed to find the rune inside the small house, let alone find out that every single trap was connected to it, providing the necessary energy to create the portal.
However, that was not his problem, rather, it was his fortune because it was clear that the others would take longer to finish the sa trial.
With that in mind, he leaped through the portal, entering the third trial without any hesitation.
[Second trial successfully passed. Ti required [14D:2H:15M:59S]. Extraordinary achievent!
150% necessary energy supplied/No trap triggered. Excellent achievent!]
[rit points according to efficiency and speed have been added to rit bank]
Hearing the voice inside his head, Jason didn't even feel uncomfortable anymore.
Instead, he grew accustod to it, listening to everything intently, while eagerly awaiting the next ssage about the third trial.
Yet, he was surprised to receive the next ssage.
[Third trial will start soon. Teleportation towards the gathering point was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances in the trials of other participants!]
Jason was not pleased to hear this. Instead, he couldn't help but feel a little bit worried.
From the looks of it, the Preactors had either done sothing they shouldn't, without caring about the aftermath, or they had passed specific trials by unfair ans.
The trials were supposed to test soone according to their suitability to specific inheritances.
However, at the sa ti, most inheritances were simply testing the overall capabilities of certain individuals, and as long as they crossed the threshold, they passed.
Jason didn't know the exact requirents, but he knew that passing the trials with a better score was logically considered to be better than passing it by narrowly crossing the threshold.
As such, it might even be better to do their best if one wanted to receive the final inheritance.
However, this was exactly what confused Jason because the Preactors were obviously trying to retrieve what seed to have been taken away from them.
As such, they were likely to try to pass the trials with the highest possible score.
In the end, Jason didn't know what had caused the delay, and he could only wait.
He was not sure how much ti had passed, but it didn't feel long as he received another notification into his mind as the robotic voice rang through his head.
[Third trial has started. Demonstrate your talent and unique features within the following hours. After everything is shown, the third trial will be concluded!]
Jason was not sure what exactly he had expected for the third trial, but he hadn't expected to hear sothing so vague.
As such, he couldn't help but feel a little bit astonished as he summarised the requirents to pass the trials until now.
'First combat strength, and survivability, then logical thinking, and perception, and now talent and trust to reveal my secrets? What else will this inheritance test ...my honesty or what?!'
