Hizar ca to where Min Joo is, and the first thing he did was try to kiss Min Joo's boots, but he was stopped imdiately.
"I have so plans for earth, but first I want you to construct a fleet, only tech but no magic, i'll be leaving with the fleet, while you take care of our plane..." Min Joo told Hizar about his plans but still kept so a secret, as Hizar left in a hurry.
Min Joo waved his hand and a key appeared, looks like an average door key but it isn't.
"Lia decrypt this key"
As Lia scanned the key so many tis, it began to show it's true form, a key that looks like a normal key but in fact has microscopic codes engraved on its body.
While Lia works on decrypting the code, Min Joo went into a room, waved his hand and made light bubbles co in from everywhere and materialize into two people, Human- White-Brown Skin, Male- and female.
They opened their eyes and looked around and then at Min Joo not knowing anything at all since they are new, Min Joo snapped his finger and made clothes for them and brought them to where Lia was scanning the key code.
"Lia is it complete?"

"Create two identities and give them a life on earth then upload the code to their brain"

Like that magic information flowing directly to the brains of both the humans, and once everything was done, they bowed to Min Joo and left with a complete royal spaceship.
Min Joo showed a smile there but it was gone when they left, he then went to Lia and pulled a keyboard but with a different language never seen before, a language that only a vampire would understand, he tapped on it for hours without lifting his head to look at the screen.
The next day he finished and printed so food that vampire society ca up with over the years, it's similar to the humans kind of.
"Lia, what do you think of my plan for earth?"

Why would you give them the chance to advance to space only for them to battle with the 'vampire race' when you can do it directly?
