"The Thornpath Healers program!"
Viscount Roster said four words that left everyone completely confused.
"The Thornpath Healers program—based on the dical knowledge and various dicines and potions that you all contribute after joining the project, we'll compile an effective guidebook."
"The Thornpath Healers guidebook won't be written like traditional dical books. It won't explain pharmacology or dicine-making. Everything will focus on problems."
"For example, if soone shows these symptoms and those symptoms, it's this disease, you need to use this dicine, or perform these treatnts, observe for this long, and if it doesn't work, then use this dicine..."

Ignoring the commotion in the venue, Viscount Roster continued, "I know what you're going to say—that using this thod ans a certain rate of misdiagnosis."

Hearing Viscount Roster's words, the voices of opposition gradually died down.
Gotta say, Viscount Roster had a point.
These Thornpath Healers, no matter how problematic they were, no matter how high their misdiagnosis rate—that was only compared to the professionals. What about compared to ordinary commoners?
After ordinary commoners got sick, they either looked for the professionals or just toughed it out with their bodies.
No doubt about it, these Thornpath Healers were way better than that.
No matter how high the misdiagnosis rate, these people's chances of survival would still be much better.
At the sa ti, wasn't this actually a good thing?
If there really was a crash-course version of doctors who could replace them with the sa misdiagnosis rate, how would they make a living?
Would churches not need to recruit believers anymore?
Would famous doctors not need to eat?
If just anyone could replace them, how would they get by?
Now they were fast-tracking a bunch of people whose target demographic wasn't their clients in the first place.
Those people wouldn't have co to them when sick anyway.
Their target custors would still co to them.
Because they knew these Thornpath Healers had high misdiagnosis rates, and people with so assets cared more about their lives.
What would happen was pretty obvious.
Their status wouldn't be affected at all. The books they wrote and dicines they made would reach a broader audience, and their reputation would increase.
Heck, so people with a decent amount of wealth might even seek them out based on that reputation, giving them the chance to earn even more.
And later on, gradually increasing requirents for these people to study made their consciences feel better too.
For a mont, everyone thought this plan was actually pretty good.
And on stage, Viscount Roster said with a smile, "Besides what I just ntioned, we have so other asures too."
"Like the sources for these Thornpath Healers—we're planning to draw from four areas."
"The first group is dical families. Their ancestors have been in the dical field for generations. These people have been steeped in this information since childhood. Even if they didn't beco doctors or couldn't inherit the family business, they're still excellent candidates."
"Having these people beco Thornpath Healers ans they can get up to speed faster and co up with effective action plans."
Quite a few people from dical families in the audience nodded in strong agreent.
In their families, there were often countless children like this—their talent was limited, so they might not beco renowned doctors and naturally couldn't inherit the family business.
Gradually, they'd enter other industries, like sourcing dicinal materials, or using those sourcing channels to buy other things and do business...
But no doubt about it, you could easily find suitable people by screening through them.
"The second group cos from the various churches—could even be clerics from churches with healing services."
"More dicines will be sent to various places. If the clerics from your churches and the staff at local church locations are willing, you'll get up to speed even faster and more easily sell so dicines."

This statent from Viscount Roster was way too obvious.
Basically, he was telling them: if your church rules don't let you sell dicines inside the church, we can control a shop outside where we can sell them.
That way you get around your church rules.
And you'll get more people thanking your church.
Who knows, you might even get way better publicity from this.
No charge for the diagnosis, charge for the dicine outside—isn't that building up your reputation?
