Eating pork!

When the nobles heard this, they started feeling conflicted again.

Pork was just... not good. Like, at all.

Even though these pigs looked nothing like the ones they knew, they couldn’t help but worry.

It was hard to get themselves to try it.

But Viscount Roster had just made it crystal clear—these were god-given Long White Pigs!

God-given!

How could they refuse?

Even if they didn’t worship the Goddess of Agriculture, they couldn’t say no.

They had to eat this at. No getting around it.

Soon enough, Viscount Roster led them to private room number one in the farm’s cafeteria.

The farm cafeteria had several private rooms set aside, originally ant for hosting visiting nobles.

Ti flew by. After about half an hour, dishes started arriving one after another.

Every single dish that ca out slled absolutely incredible.

These were scents they’d almost never encountered before.

A lot of the nobles were honestly baffled.

Why did these dishes look completely different from anything they’d seen before?

Aside from the roasted at, everything else looked... weird?

"Everyone, so of these dishes are traditional delicacies from various regions, while others are recipes the God of Technology has blessed us mortals with. You really need to give them all a try."

In this world, food was basically just roasted or stewed. If that’s all you had—just roasted at and stewed at—it got pretty boring.

But Viscount Roster had found tons of other innovative cooking thods in the library Ren had given them.

For other people, steel was expensive. But for Viscount Roster, making so steel cookware? No problem whatsoever.

So in this fantasy world, a bunch of different cooking thods appeared—like stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming...

All these strange dishes they’d never eaten before showed up on the table, and they were freaking out. Even though everything slled amazing, they were scared to try it.

But once they heard that these thods ca from the God of Technology himself? Ga changer.

The at ca from the Goddess of Agriculture, the cooking techniques from the God of Technology—how could they not eat it?

How could they even doubt it?

Did they have a death wish?

"Everyone should give it a shot. Before, when at was scarce, people didn’t really develop ways to make it taste even better. But as at becos more abundant and everyone can afford it, what’ll set us apart? The preparation thods."

Viscount Roster knew exactly how these nobles thought. They always loved doing sothing different to show they weren’t like everyone else.

For instance, to prove they didn’t have to work like commoners, both n and won wore high heels.

And there were tons of other little details like that.

If at really did beco common in the future and everyone was eating roasted or stewed at, what would make them different?

But these new cooking thods? That was another story.

Thinking about it, they suddenly felt like as long as the food wasn’t completely awful, they could totally handle it. No, even if it was awful, they could still handle it.

Why? Simple. Because other people couldn’t make this stuff. Plus, it ca from the gods!

After saying a few words, Viscount Roster picked up his fork first and speared a big chunk of at.

Ate it right up.

His expression didn’t change at all.

Of course it didn’t.

He’d eaten this stuff tons of tis already. Had to admit, the God of Technology was the real deal. Even when it ca to food and drink, he had wisdom that far exceeded anything mortals could imagine.

Seeing Viscount Roster already digging in, the others steeled themselves and carefully forked pieces of at onto their own plates.

They were actually bracing themselves for that nasty gay sll. Even if it was disgusting and hard to swallow, considering how easy these pigs were to raise, their massive size, and the short breeding cycle—they’d force it down.

With an attitude of facing certain doom, soone put a piece of sauced at in their mouth.

And then—they were shocked!

Seriously blown away.

The at had absolutely no gay sll. The awful stench they’d imagined? Nowhere to be found.

It actually tasted really, really good.

And packed a punch too.

They couldn’t help but freeze, each of them starting to chew slowly, carefully savoring the taste.

Rich, aty flavor exploded in their mouths, along with all sorts of spice notes.

It left this lingering taste on their lips and tongue.

This was really pork?

That’s what everyone was thinking.

Was it the preparation, or did the pork itself just taste this good?

With that thought, several people turned their attention to what looked like the plainest, most colorless at dish on the table.

It was stewed bone-in at.

Right away, soone grabbed a piece and took a bite.

No mix of other flavors—just pure at taste. They’d added a little bit of salt, and that was it. Nothing else.

The rich, aty aroma was even more obvious than before.

"This is really pork?" That noble couldn’t help but look at Viscount Roster in surprise, his tone full of confusion and disbelief.

Viscount Roster smiled and said, "Of course it is. Didn’t you just watch the whole slaughtering process?"

"The reason we thought pork tasted bad was because the raising thods were wrong, and so were the breeds. But when we follow the thods provided by the God of Technology and the Goddess of Agriculture, there’s no problem at all."

"Plus, using new cooking thods makes the pork taste even better."

The reason people in this world didn’t like eating pork had multiple causes.

For one, they hadn’t figured out that pigs needed to be castrated, which could eliminate a lot of that gay sll. The at would taste better too. Using certain special ingredients in cooking could achieve the sa effect.

For another, after slaughtering the pigs, their bleeding thod was bad, which left so blood remaining in the at.

On top of that, pigs had poor at yield and long growth tis—not much different from sheep. So why not just raise sheep instead?

But now all those issues had been improved. You could say it was a complete overhaul, which naturally made everything totally different.

Viscount Roster was confident that it wouldn’t take long before pork beca popular.

Compared to pigs, concentrated farming of cattle and sheep was actually more of a hassle. That put so pressure on widespread adoption.

In the future, it’d probably be mainly pork and chicken, with other ats as supplents.

"I never imagined pork could taste this good."

"This whole experience has completely blown my mind."

"I never would’ve thought it’d be like this."

"I think we could totally do the sa thing in our territories—raise them on a large scale."

"Do you know how we can get Long White Pig piglets?"

The nobles at the scene were full of praise, and one by one, their eyes grew fervent as they looked at Viscount Roster.
