The soldiers realized the fire tsunami behind them had disappeared, leaving them in a surreal mont.

They dared not question whether the flas were real or why they vanished so suddenly, each one desperately fleeing, wishing they had more legs to run.

"So... so powerful..." Cold sweat dripped from Huang Tianming's forehead.

Qin Qiu squinted, pondering sothing with his gaze fixed on Chen Guan.

"Chen Guan hasn't wasted these years; he's grown increasingly strong," muttered Qin Ziyu, a man who rarely compared himself to others.

Jiang Qiemo's eyes bore a gleam of fighting spirit, though he wasn't a madman to challenge Chen Guan at this mont.

"I'll have to wait until this matter concludes," Jiang Qiemo murmured as he looked at Chen Guan.

The three siblings of the Zhang Family exchanged bewildered looks, completely baffled by Chen Guan's conjured flas.

They considered the terrifying fire might be an illusion, yet Lei Bin truly perished in it.

If it were real, how could such a terrifying blaze vanish suddenly? It defied all logic.

Chen Guan's flas blurred the line between reality and illusion, leaving everyone puzzled.

Huang Fu Yan, gazing at the figure atop the White Horse, felt a turmoil of emotions.

He initially thought Chen Guan had ulterior motives and intended to ruin Huang Tianming with sinister sches.

Although Huang Tianming was crude and domineering, he had once saved Huang Fu Yan's life and given him a place to stay.

He remained, partly to repay Huang Tianming, and partly because he resented Chen Guan for sowing chaos in the Southern Heavenly Kingdom. If the city were truly to fall, his first target wouldn't be the invaders but the manipulative Chen Guan.

Yet, with recent events, he ca to realize Chen Guan indeed had his objectives, and they neither involved the trivial Southern Heavenly Kingdom nor Huang Tianming.

"Could it be he's truly aiming to drive the Celestial Court Army out of the Celestial Pillar Grotto Heaven?" reflected Huang Fu Yan, recalling Chen Guan's words upon becoming State Preceptor.

One month for training, three months to conquer the four districts of Celestial Pillar, aiming to dominate the Celestial Pillar Treasure Extre Profound Heaven.

At that ti, everyone dismissed it as grandiose rhetoric from a new leader.

Yet, within these few days, he single-handedly crushed the Red Blood Army, with even the Corps Commander dead.

"Go back and tell all Celestial Court Army troops not to let

see a single one of them in Celestial Pillar Grotto Heaven after July 1st," Chen Guan loudly declared to the fleeing Red Blood Corps.

So generals looked back upon hearing this, while most continued fleeing the Southern Heavenly Kingdom with all their might.

Bai Yueguang, Zhu Hongzhi, Zhang Yujian, and Jiang Tianqing were huddled together playing cards, while Shi Zhin, Xin Ding, Yun Bihua, Lu Jianfeng, and Yang Sanle lounged nearby.

Upon receiving news from outside, they all stood up.

"Back so soon?" murmured Xin Ding.

"Report... The main force has returned... only a few wounded... minimal casualties..." the ssenger paused.

"That's good," everyone sighed with relief.

Most of the troops here, after all, were brought up by them. If too many were killed fighting against Chen Guan, they'd be devastated.

"But..." the ssenger continued, "there was no sign of Thunder Corps Commander."

This statent made Zhang Yujian sigh, "Looks like Chen Guan really wants to war with the Celestial Court Army; with Lei Bin dead, they can't suppress it. They'll surely send more people."

"If I were Chen Guan, I'd be more ruthless than him, at least he rembers the past friendship; otherwise, the commander would be dead, and the corps would suffer more casualties," Xin Ding retorted.

"Let's go see the situation," Shi Zhin said, heading out.

Jiang Tianqing and the others had no choice but to abandon their unfinished card ga and follow.

When they learned the full situation, each was dumbfounded.

"In one breath... blew away Lei Bin... shattered an attack from a hundred thousand elite troops... are they joking?" Xin Ding's eyes widened, unable to believe what he heard.

"It's probably not a joke, everyone's recounting the sa story; one might be mistaken, but tens of thousands can't all be wrong, right?" Zhu Hongzhi said.

"But how do we report this? Say Lei Bin was blown away with a single breath, then the elite attack of a hundred thousand troops was blown apart, yet no one died, only minor injuries. Do you think the higher-ups will believe it?" Xin Ding smiled wryly.

"Believe it or not, that's how it has to be reported. The situation now is beyond our control; Chen Guan's harsh words show he's ready to confront the entire Celestial Court Army. We need to do nothing more," said Jiang Tianqing.

"Let's leave it at that," Shi Zhin nodded, turning to leave.

Everyone, each with their own thoughts, returned to the conference hall, wrote reports, and sent them to the Celestial Court Army's high command.

"Ridiculous, a breath blew away Lei Bin, shattered the elite attack of a hundred thousand Red Blood Army, yet killed no one. Are they fooling ghosts?" The high-ranking officials of the Celestial Court Army scowled as they received this news.

To them, such an event seed impossible, clearly a ploy by those old followers of Ji Nanhong in the Red Blood Corps, who used the opportunity to get rid of Lei Bin.

"The Red Blood Corps needs thorough cleaning," a general resembling a Black Death God remarked coldly.

"Indeed, it should be cleaned up; otherwise, when Master Qi arrives after the sumr break, we can't afford to let him see such a joke, can we? People might think we don't manage the troops strictly," replied another general, who wore a smiling tiger's deanor.

The focus of the discussion remained on how to clean up the Red Blood Corps, with no one considering Chen Guan might actually possess such capabilities.

"What if the Red Blood Corps' report is true?" asked General Rong Sandao, sitting at the head of the eting in place of the absent Season Commander.

The room fell silent until the Black Death God-like general spoke, "In the grotto heaven, no one should have such power, right? If that's the case, we must respond with all our might."

"Thus, our task isn't just to clean up the Red Blood Corps, but first to find out what kind of person Chen Guan is, and if he truly possesses such terrifying abilities," said the smiling tiger general, shifting his stance like a fence-sitting chaleon.

"It shouldn't be a problem; we can tackle both simultaneously without delay," the Black Death God general added, "I recomnd soone to go, soone who can settle both issues at once."

"Who do you recomnd?" Rong Sandao frowned and asked.

"Luo Yuanfei," the Black Death God slowly replied with these three words.

Upon hearing Luo Yuanfei's na, the generals' expressions changed subtly, and they fell into a contemplative silence as if ntioning this na invoked a great taboo.
