Chapter 341: Chapter 341: Treasure Basin

"This Fu Tianji, why does he have so many good things on him?" Chen Guan knew he couldn’t compare his belongings with soone who once was a powerhouse of the Great Cave Heaven. He was contemplating how to seize these items and rescue Zhang Chunxiang.

Fu Tianji’s Celestial Gate Left-Hand Saber was too fast, even using One-Night Step, Chen Guan couldn’t dodge it. Coupled with that Tooth Saber, he wasn’t sure if he could withstand it.

Now that Fu Tianji had brought out a Soul-Calling Banner that even Zhang Chunxiang feared, Chen Guan thought it best to be cautious and avoid a direct confrontation.

Chen Guan instructed the Warring States to find a hiding place, while he crept towards the mountain peak like a snake close to the ground.

Killing Fu Tianji was difficult, but killing his pet wouldn’t be as hard.

If his pet could be eliminated, then Fu Tianji would be disqualified and sent out of Fierce Tiger Mountain, allowing Chen Guan to win without a fight.

As he neared the peak, the clouds suddenly vanished as if so force isolated them from the summit, unable to advance further.

Chen Guan found a higher spot to scrutinize the peak through the clouds.

He could see Fu Tianji, Yang Hu, and Zhang Chunxiang standing on the summit, but due to the angle, he couldn’t see what was on the ground at the summit, and he didn’t see the basin Yang Hu ntioned.

What he did see were the Jade Lynx and White Tiger, right beside Fu Tianji and Yang Hu, too close for an easy surprise attack.

"If you want

to find sothing for you, you have to at least tell

what it is. Just a vague na, how am I supposed to find it?" Zhang Chunxiang’s expression was full of reluctance.

"Don’t play tricks with us, or I’ll kill you right now!" Yang Hu, seeing through Zhang Chunxiang’s intentions, said coldly while brandishing his saber.

"If you want to kill , go ahead, I don’t care." Zhang Chunxiang remained fearless, knowing Yang Hu wouldn’t dare to act without Fu Tianji’s order.

Fu Tianji restrained Yang Hu, then said to Zhang Chunxiang, "If you don’t cooperate, I’ll have to invite you to take a trip inside the Soul-Calling Banner."

"Didn’t I say, I need details about that item? Without any information, do you really think I’m an Immortal who can conjure things out of thin air for you?" Zhang Chunxiang frowned.

Fu Tianji, realizing this wouldn’t work, pondered aloud, "It’s a porcelain piece, shaped like a basin but not an ordinary one; the mouth curves slightly inward, and the exterior is a shining white with crackling patterns."

"Is it a Secret Treasure or what?" Zhang Chunxiang asked again.

"Secret Treasure," Fu Tianji replied.

"What Level?" Zhang Chunxiang followed up casually.

"Why don’t I just tell you its function and origin in full detail?" Fu Tianji said blandly.

"That’d be fine..." Zhang Chunxiang sheepishly replied, "I just need more understanding to find it accurately."

"Can we start the search now?" Fu Tianji asked with a blank expression.

"Yes... of course..." Noticing Fu Tianji’s expression, Zhang Chunxiang quickly adjusted her stance.

Chen Guan observed Zhang Chunxiang take a talisman from her pocket. He wasn’t sure what it was made of, but she held the talisman between her middle and index fingers, made a gesture, and her whole deanor seed to change slightly.

"Heavenly spirits... Earthly spirits... wandering souls and wild ghosts listen to my command... help

find an item... white porcelain like snow... with patterns of crack..." Zhang Chunxiang chanted with her eyes closed, holding the talisman aloft, mumbling so words that were clear and others indecipherable.

Chen Guan hesitated, choosing not to act at this mont.

"Boss, can she really do it? Or is she just stalling for ti again?" Yang Hu couldn’t help but comnt.

Fu Tianji said nothing, just watched Zhang Chunxiang with an impassive face.

"Rise..." After chanting for a long while, Zhang Chunxiang finally finished and suddenly flung the paper talisman into the air.

The talisman ignited without fire and floated, changing position as the flas consud it.

Once the paper was entirely burnt, the ashes fell to the ground, maintaining their shape.

"Here it is, dig here." Zhang Chunxiang pointed to the spot where the ashes lay.

"Are you ssing with us again? You’ve said one place then another before, none have been accurate." Yang Hu no longer trusted Zhang Chunxiang.

"Believe it or not, I found you the place, whether you dig or not is up to you." Zhang Chunxiang crossed her arms, displaying a haughty deanor.

Fu Tianji smiled and said, "The Zhang Family’s Celestial Destiny Talisman is rare indeed, it can’t be wrong, start digging."

"You sure know your stuff, recognizing the Celestial Destiny Talisman." Zhang Chunxiang looked at Fu Tianji with a hint of surprise.

"It’s not

who knows it, but King of Zhang’s Celestial Destiny Talisman is too well-known. The fact that you have this talisman shows how much King of Zhang values you; your future is promising." To the uninford, Fu Tianji would seem like a kindly elder.

"As if I need you to tell

that." Zhang Chunxiang pouted, disliking Fu Tianji’s paternal tone.

Yang Hu summoned a peculiar pet, sowhat like a centipede, but rounder, segnted like a centipede, with a head resembling a drill.

The mont the pet was summoned, it went straight to the spot where the ashes fell, hunched up, and drilled into the rock.

Sparks flew; the pet’s head was indeed like a rotating drill, incredibly hard.

Even though the rocks were extrely tough, after a long while, the pet only managed to bore a foot deep.

Clang!

A sound rang out as the pet seed to strike sothing.

Both Fu Tianji and Yang Hu fixed their gaze on the spot, suddenly seeing the pet’s body pulled forcibly as if sothing drew it into a hole, disappearing instantly.

Once the pet vanished, white Primordial Energy erupted like a volcano from the hole, shooting a hundred feet high.

Amidst the white Primordial Energy, an object slowly rose.

White as snow, covered with crackling patterns, as large as a washbasin, slightly rimd like a bowl, with a glossy base exuding a rainbow-like glazed light.

"It really is as Fu Tianji described!" Chen Guan was secretly shocked, concentrating his Primordial Energy, ready to act at any mont to seize the treasure, rescue his friend, or directly kill the Jade Lynx and White Tiger.

He was evaluating which plan would have the highest chance of success.

Most would show emotional fluctuations in such monts, and Chen Guan could seize that opportunity to act.

While Yang Hu was visibly excited, Fu Tianji just stood there, showing no emotion, making it difficult for Chen Guan to make a move lightly.

At this mont, a flash of brilliant light erupted from the treasure basin, expelling two objects.

"That pet... it’s beco two..." Chen Guan widened his eyes in disbelief at the duplicates of the pet erging from the Treasure Basin.

It was unmistakably the creature Yang Hu had summoned to dig, but now one had beco two identical creatures, reminding Chen Guan of the legend associated with the Treasure Basin.
