The tall trees, ten ters in length at the very least, were thrown all over with such imnse force that it created a shockwave on its trail. On the path of its descent, seemingly unable to bear the force of its own acceleration, it exploded into millions of pieces and rained down on the ground in a deadly shower of razor-sharp splinters.
"Agh!"
So of the believers were unable to avoid the raining down pieces of the trees and were imdiately stabbed into becoming literal porcupines, however, Adam did not care much for them and their security and just watched on as the tree fragnts rained on the devil.
"You dare interrupt in my speech!?"
What remained of the trees was unable to even pass through the barrier he had hastily created, "Bastard!"
Adam cheered in his mind even as he was insulted ruthlessly by the devil. He knew very well that fighting Cecilia gave him a trendous level of experience and he was fully intent on using it in this fight.
'Move…'
The ground rumbled, the earth fissured, and cracks started to appear all over the island floor as he used his mind to destabilize the ground and make gigantic pieces of rocks float up from below, intent on using them as his weapon of mass destruction.
'Even though the overall power is fluctuating currently, he should be around S rank or even S rank at the mont.'
Adam frowned heavily at that thought. That was the sa level of power as his mother after she had taken the potion dusa had prepared for her and in terms of physique alone, he was basically superior in all attributes compared to even Yui— soone who had the greatest physical attributes among everyone he was able to glean information on at his current level of power.
'Shit.'
Adam instinctively realized one truth.
Winning in a no hold barred fight head-on would be very complicated and almost impossible for him against this monstrously powerful devil. The opponent was superior to him in more or less every stat possible and had the experience of existing for over three hundred million years. There was no way he could think of that would be able to fight with this being head-on and win the bout.
'Who would have thought that my last fight with Mom would be so useful for right now and that too so soon…'
He needed to fight smart and unconventionally for even the slightest chance of victory. Moreover, he needed to keep the different plethora of trump cards he had up his sleeves hidden until the best opportunity presented itself or was created by him to use on the devil for a decisive shot at triumph.
"Well, shall we dance?"
Taking out one of the cigarettes that were offered to him by dusa, Adam calmly smoked in the soothing contents of the cigarette, feeling his mind clear up slightly due to the calming effects.
He hadn't used it during his fight against his mother since it was just training. But he had no hesitation in doping himself in a fight to the death against a superior opponent.
Bzzz~! Bzzz~!
Sparks and waves of supercharged electricity began filling the air surrounding him and covered up his entire body.
Whoosh~
Moving his head aside very slightly, he narrowly managed to avoid a straight punch to the face by the descended devil of lies and deceit.
Adam did not wonder how the devil had managed to cover the long distance separating them so easily. It was rather easy to guess how he was able to do it.
So all he could do was anticipate and sense his attacks before he was even able to make them. Thankfully, the domain would help him in that regard.
Boom~!
The cultists scread and ran amok when what looked like the end of the world was beginning to transpire all around them.
They had been hypnotized over the years to not fear death. But that was only for a aningful death.
Outside of that keyword, they had perfectly normal reactions as they watched what basically amounted to a fight between literal gods for mortals like them.
There was no other way to accurately describe just what was happening before their eyes.
On one side, Adam was acting like he was completely in possession of the direction of the fight, using his power in quite the novel but seemingly reckless way.
The result was pure mayhem and destruction as rocks, trees, and everything that existed in this plain were basically being used as projectiles to attack his opponent.
It didn't just stop at that, the gravity inside of his domain had been set to the lightest possible, forcing the devil to constantly stay floating to avoid the adverse effects that his montum would bring forth due to the nigh non-existent gravity.
'Is it a phantasm realm?'
Xezbeth couldn't help but marvel at the power displayed by what he had considered to be a puny human till now. The seemingly human boy had a very large arsenal of skills that he could barely even begin to understand and comprehend. So of them seed even have the power to affect reality and even dreams.
But this was where his surprise stopped. He didn't live for over three hundred million years for nothing, after all. He had basically seen everything that could be seen and was not afraid of the boy's skillset.
"I comnd your courage and your talent in keeping up thus far. So, let ask you this for the last ti… Will you submit to ?"
Humans were beings with nigh unlimited potential and extrely minuscule ti in comparison to enjoy said potential and reach the fullest extent of their aptitude and possibilities. Extrely rarely was there a human with imasurable potential who was able to live up to it and reach the fullest extent of their aptitudes. All who were able to was already known to the entire world.
But even then, even after everything he had seen and every knowledge he knew about humans, he had hardly seen an interesting man of Adam's caliber.
He received no answer nor insults this ti but the silence and the desire to fight in the eyes of his opponent was all he needed to understand what he wished.
"A sha, really…"
