"I want to et Master Aiden" Harry was so comfortable with Aiden that using Master before his na felt awkward, but he knew these are basic formalities that one has to do.
Hearing it, the receptionist ca back to his senses and started paying attention.
"Sir, Do you have an appointnt?" the Fat guy asked, straightening his posture; he was worried if this person had so real connection, then he could very well be in trouble.
He couldn't change how he behaved, but now being polite could create a softer image in the young man's mind.
Harry hearing it, was perplexed because he didn't had a way to contact Aiden. Neither had any appointnt. He could see himself being kicked out in one or two minutes.
"Can you tell Master Aiden that Harry is here to et?"
Seeing Harry up and down, the receptionist was in conflict about whether to tell Aiden about this man or not.
If he didn't call and this student knows Aiden, or He calls and this man is not affiliated with Aiden, in both ways, he was dood.
He suddenly heard a voice in his head,
"Send the boy up."
It was a familiar voice by one of their staff who works as a communicator; she mostly talks when there are direct orders from elders.
Harry was waiting for an answer, but seeing the changing face of the receptionist, he was ready to go out.
"You can go on top, you will find master Aiden there." Receptionist replied.
"Thank you for the help."
The receptionist put his head on the table, thanking the god.
Taking the stairs, He reached the top floor. The area was smaller than the ground floor but still had many rooms with different nas carved on the wooden door.
As he was about to try to find the right room, a lady ca out of the first room with elegant steps; she approached.
She was a Beauty, wearing standard clothes and hiding every part of her body.
She extended her arm, eting with Harry, and shook.
"The last room, Aiden is waiting for you," she said and went back to the room.
It was strange; if she was just here to tell the way, why not just speak from a distance and go back to the room? And if she wanted to talk at least tell the na.
Shaking his head he entered the room.
Aiden was sitting at a desk, going through multiple screens on the desk.
There were different maps that Harry was unable to identify, but one that looked like the academy's.
"I hope you have so solid reason to et" Aiden said signing papers "Even if you don't, I don't mind"
Aiden was not against the eting. It's just if Harry had taken him for granted, then it wouldn't be good, and their casual eting could lead to problems for Harry.
Harry, not answering anything, continued walking to the desk; he could see Aiden wasn't taking him seriously, which was not strange seeing the difference in their level.
But now he was there as a rchant and being undermined could bring loss to his business.
Aiden could sense the intention behind those green eyes; they were full of confidence, but were they really? he could feel a little nervousness but a solid will, which was hard to find these days.
He wasn't happy with that though, people with firm will and morals perish first if they don't learn to mold it, while keeping intentions the sa.
It was all about targeting the sa thing but in different ways.
Harry brought 2 rings out from his storage which were made of celestium tal. Looks were fancy, but there was an underlying secretive sense.
It would be hard for anyone to notice the specific reason, but for Aiden, it was his daily job and sothing related to his elent.
He instantly knew what was special about the rings.
"Space Rings" he blurted out. The reason for his shock wasn't that he had never seen a space ring, even he had multiple on him. But the re fact that Harry brought them out so casually was the Main reason for shock.
These rings were enough to bring fights between small-town lords.
"Where did you get them?" As he said these words, he felt his heart about to explode.
Before Harry could answer
"No way you awakened the space elent" Aiden grabbed his head bursting out with laughter.
This freaking genius has so many cards that every one of them was enough to kill him for.
If this freak Crossed paths with soone powerful and had conflicting interests, he could clearly imagine how they would put their whole life on the line to kill him before he grew out.
Harry seeing all this act asked, "what? Have I done sothing wrong".
"Okay, listen. Now we have to do so serious conversation."
Harry made a curious face, tilting his head sideways.
"This world is not as serene as outside that I assu you must have already learned but still rember, keep your powers in check. Hide your trump cards, and don't show off to get laid with girls.
There will always be soone out there who could crush you with a single click of fingers."
Harry was aware of these things he never used all of his cards. But not using any power would lead him to death. So he was trying to use his powers but in a limited way, which would make him talented but not enough to feel threatened.
It was a deception in a deception itself. He won't explain these things to even Aiden. If he told Aiden, then what was the aning of deception?
Seeing no reaction, Aiden realised how he was acting out of character, so he adjusted his posture and asked.
"So what do you want".
"I want to sell these, and as you said, I need to lay low, but I still need money so you can sell them in your na; just give 500,000 for each."
"Aiden picked a ring and checked, nice formations, no sign of breaks. These are too perfect to be your first ti, but 500,000 for each, are you sure?. Did you check the market price?
I can take them for 100,000 each since I am doing you a favour." Aiden smiled, wanting to check how Harry would react.
He has thrown his cards, putting pressure by reminding him that Harry needs Aiden, not the other way around.
"But you can sell these in an auction, and I am sure you will get at least sothing more valuable item in exchange since putting a value on these rare things is not good." Harry turned the table by putting rings into the invaluable item section.
"You are right, but you know so low-level space elent users are always forging one. At least once a week. So, these low-space rings are not as rare as rings with big spaces. Since those can only be made by high-level space masters who are far and few in the whole universe."
Both said in unison.
"300,000"
"200,000"
"Okay, 200,000 with this mask." Aiden brought out a mask on the table, I don't have much use of it, but it could help you.
