"I’m Zach. I’m a C rank mage with the Wind and Winter Talents, and I’m also the wielder of the God Tier System."

Solomon smiled.

The masters were all in shock. None of them knew this.

"What does this an?" Lot inquired.

"Solomon, I asked you, what does this an?"

"Well, you heard him. He’s the wielder of the God Tier System," Solomon simply responded.

"This would an that power yesterday. It wasn’t rlin. It was his presence," Joseph added.

"I guess that explains that massive light from the previous test," Max noted.

The masters weren’t the only ones in shock, the students as well.

"I can’t believe it." Roe began pacing about. "I don’t believe it."

He would take a couple steps forward, then retract them and take a couple backward. He was deep in thought.

He stopped for a while and looked up to notice all the masters in shock, all but one.

"You knew," he shouted.

"Solomon, you frickin knew."

Solomon was the only one not surprised. This revelation didn’t shock him.

rlin spoke to Solomon again.

Solomon repeated, this ti almost in real ti.

"What’s the matter, my child? You seem frustrated. I don’t quite get it," Solomon said.

He was simply repeating what rlin wanted to inquire.

Roe paused.

"You don’t get it? You don’t?

"Solomon, you and the old man propped up like I was so major deal. A big deal, but I’m not. Well, I’m not. That guy over there, what is he then if I’m a big deal? He’s wielding the most powerful weapon humanity has seen till date.

"The God System can create its own talents. He’s already made one. So what’s to stop him from going further? He could be unstoppable, is all I’m saying."

"You’re not making much sense," Solomon said in response.

These were not Solomon’s words. He was still serving as a mouthpiece for rlin.

"So what if he can create his own talents? Do you imply the wielder of the God Tier System is stronger than I, rlin?"

Roe paused.

"Well, maybe not stronger but potentially—"

"And you think you can’t potentially be stronger than myself? Why is that? Why do you think that? You’re the sa rank as . Why bother yourself with cheap gimmicks? You don’t see Vlad getting all stuck up about it."

Roe started calming himself.

’I lost it. In front of all these people, no less,’ he thought.

He looked around, noticed all eyes had pretty much been fixed on himself and this Zach fellow.

"I apologize."

Solomon smiled. It seed like Roe was finally starting to get it.

"Now that we’ve settled all that, how about we begin the final evaluation?" Solomon said.

"Sorry, Master. We’ll need to talk when all this is over," Roe said.

Solomon just nodded.

Zach was released. He descended down safely.

"Fourteen of you. Take your positions. You may approach him from any angle," Solomon said.

"And as for ti—"

Solomon got interrupted.

"Sorry, answer this. Not you, Master, but rlin.

"Why would the system go to a C rank mage? Isn’t that limiting? He’s only C rank at the end of the day?"

’I need just this one answer,’ he thought thereafter.

"He’s not only C rank. The system wielder can evolve to the highest of ranks."

Solomon said.

’I wonder how he’ll react to hearing that,’ he thought.

"I can’t believe it," Victor remarked.

"That goes against the foundation of mana and its cultivation. Without exception, mages may not evolve in terms of rank. The system denies a rule that is fundantal?" Lot comnted.

Solomon was waiting for a reaction. He got none, at least not the type he expected.

Roe just smiled.

No one knew what could possibly be going on in his head at this point. His reaction was currently defying logic.

’If rlin thinks the evolution still doesn’t matter, then it doesn’t matter. He’s a seer and a revolutionary. If rlin thinks himself stronger and superior, then that just lays out my path. I’ll prove the gods wrong for picking soone. I’ll prove the rumors of the fabled God System wrong,’ Roe smiled as he thought all this.

The other mages had spaced out.

He was now surrounded.

He could be attacked from any direction. It would barely make a difference.

He was ready.

His mana reading skills were obviously no joke.

"What are you guys waiting for? An invitation? Well, here it is," he said as he powered up a massive beam.

"Who wants it? Co on, who does?"

He was clearly trying to provoke one of them into launching at him.

No one took the bait initially.

Edward teleported in front, behind a beam of his own, ready.

"I knew one of you Space Talent guys would be the one to step in head first," Roe said as he initiated a sharp turn.

Both their staffs were now facing each other.

Beam to beam clashed.

There existed little distance between them, so the explosion was instant.

Only one took damage.

Only one suffered from the shockwave.

Only one was sent flying back.

That one was not Roe, of course.

"Ok. Who wants to go next?" he teased again.

"Clashing against him, mana for mana, will always be stupid. He’s ranks ahead. We need a plan," Modred shouted.

"Plan?

"You don’t get it.

"We need spontaneity right now. Be in the mont," Sigman countered.

"Space Talent."

"Darkness Talent."

"Shadow Talent."

Sigman, Modred, and John chanted simultaneously, summoning three enormous spells.

Chuckle.

"I’ll respond in kind.

"Energy Type Talent. No..."

-

"Things seem to be getting heated". Solomon said to rlin .

He didn’t get a response. He followed up with a bunch of other statents he still got no response.

"Master why did you ntion Mr Vlad and in that light? Do you seriously think even he stands a chance against a full potential god tier system mage?"

rlin finally answered. He didn’t whisper this ti as he wasn’t trying to conceal he’s expression.
