A blush slid from Morwen's slender neck, spreading uncontrollably onto her pale cheeks.

Her fingers tangled into her own hair as if trying to tear the heat out of her skull. Her breathing grew ragged, uneven, each breath hotter than the last. Sothing ancient and savage stirred within her blood—an impulse born not of thought, but of flesh itself.

From her dantian, it surged upward like a flood, crashing straight into the Palace of consciousness.

Kara sensed it instantly.

Her eyes snapped open as she placed her palm atop Morwen's head. The mont her demonic energy probed inward, her expression turned frighteningly ugly.

The disciple's body was not rely overheated—it was inflad.

"The flesh burns with desire," Kara muttered hoarsely.

"Yet there is also the effect of a strong tonic… This should be the lowest tier of lust elixir. So crude. So obvious."

Her voice faltered.

"Then why…" Her pupils contracted.

"Why is there no scent, no residue, no fluctuation—why can even a Supre fail to detect it?"

Confusion flickered across her face.

Before she could think further, a scorching heat erupted from her own dantian like a spark dropped into oil.

Her body stiffened.

"…Not good!"

Kara's eyes changed completely.

"Master… I'm so hot… I feel terrible…" Morwen whispered, her voice trembling. Her limbs softened, strength draining away. Strands of hair clung to her damp cheeks as the clarity in her gaze shattered piece by piece.

Rationality was retreating.

Kara clenched her teeth so hard they nearly cracked.

"Damn you, Luca," she snarled internally.

"You didn't just poison her—you used her to torture ."

Suppressing the raging dicinal energy within herself, Kara forcefully transmitted demonic energy into Morwen's ridians, anchoring her consciousness with sheer will. At the sa ti, she sealed parts of her own cultivation, accepting the backlash to keep her mind intact.

High above the inn, Luca stood atop the eaves, hands clasped behind his back, gazing at Peaceful Haven Inn with cold satisfaction.

By now, the dicine should have fully awakened.

What he had used was no vulgar street aphrodisiac. The formula dated back to ancient tis—created by a terrifying dual-cultivation sect that once even emperors avoided.

Its core ingredient was the Jade Flood Dragon Core—a mutated offshoot of the Crimson Flood Dragon bloodline. Ancient. Vicious. Ruled by instinct.

The Crimson Flood Dragon carried traces of true dragon blood. When it mutated into the Jade Flood Dragon, those instincts were magnified a hundredfold. Lust, domination, reproduction—everything beca absolute.

Any part of its body was a supre material for forbidden dicines.

The mist exhaled by such a beast could drive cultivators mad—blood boiling, spirit dissolving, sanity devoured by desire until only an empty shell remained.

The powder Luca used was refined from ancient elixirs, with Jade Flood Dragon Core as the main ingredient, supplented by dozens of rare materials.

Its na was whispered with awe in old records.

Mind-Bewildering Powder.

In ancient eras, powerful dual cultivators used it to elevate cultivation to terrifying heights. Later, even supre beings coveted it—for the stronger one beca, the more barren desire grew, and heirs beca nearly impossible.

Yet once a top powerhouse conceived, the offspring would be heaven-defying.

For a ti, Mind-Bewildering Powder beca a legendary "divine dicine."

Then its creator died.

The formula vanished.

Until Luca obtained an improved version, refined by a later alchemist—colorless, odorless, undetectable even to Supre experts.

Once spiritual energy or demonic energy circulated, the powder awakened.

Not fatal.

But cruel.

It gnawed at restraint, magnified desire, and turned suppression itself into agony. Without reconciliation of yin and yang, the tornt only deepened—night after night.

Three months.

That was all it needed.

When the effects peaked, a single push would shatter everything.

Luca's lips curved into a cold smile.

"Kara… how will you endure these empty nights?"

"How will you resist when your body betrays you?"

"Defy , and I will make you wish for death."

"I look forward to seeing you—and your disciple—three months from now."

With that, Luca vanished into the darkness.

Peaceful Haven Inn

Ethan slowly opened his eyes.

Within his perception, Luca's aura had already retreated far into the distance. The ripples he left behind were faint, scattered—no longer worthy of concern.

It was ti.

Ethan rose soundlessly. His figure blurred, dissolving into the shadows like a wandering specter, leaving the room without stirring a single mote of dust.

When he appeared again, he stood upon the eaves, robes fluttering softly in the night wind.

Step by step, he moved along the roof tiles, his presence so light it seed even the moonlight failed to notice him. He halted outside Kara's window.

Raising one hand, Ethan pressed his palm forward.

A terrifying surge of power flowed silently outward.

The protective barrier laid down trembled for an instant—then collapsed inward, pierced cleanly as though rotted from within.

Through the half-open window, indistinct shapes ca into view.

Two figures lay entwined upon the bed, their forms blurred and restless, moving without rhythm or restraint, like creatures driven purely by instinct.

Ethan frowned.

With a flick of his fingers, the window slid open.

Only then did the scene reveal itself in full.

The master and disciple lay exposed, bodies bare, pale skin flushed with unnatural heat. Their limbs were tangled together in disordered abandon, breaths ragged, consciousness dulled by the violent pull of desire. Reason had long since burned away, leaving only instinct behind.

The air itself felt feverish.

"…Tsk."

Ethan shook his head faintly.

Uninterested, he stepped into the room and closed the window, as though he had seen nothing worth rembering.

Yet the mont his presence brushed the room, Kara and Morwen both shuddered.

Their unfocused eyes lifted.

"Ethan… Junior Brother Ethan…"

Kara's voice was hoarse, broken between shallow gasps. She reached out blindly, fingers trembling, and seized his sleeve, dragging him toward the bed.

Her movents were hurried and uncoordinated. A deep crimson flushed her neck, spreading down to her collarbones. Her breath carried a faint, intoxicating fragrance as her fingers clumsily tugged at his robes, her mind clouded beyond clarity.

"This Luca…" Ethan said calmly, eyes cold.

"He truly knows how to amuse himself."

"Colorless. Odorless. Even supre cultivators fall without warning."

"To think that an aphrodisiac could still breach the defenses of a Supre Realm expert…"
