The sky above the valley was still trembling.
Even though the world of fist intent had already shattered, the oppressive traces of Ethan’s battle still lingered everywhere.
Thick arcs of stray lightning writhing across the torn firmant, the sll of scorched air twisting in the wind, and a suffocating pressure that made every cultivator present feel as if their bones were being crushed.
Outside the valley, the cultivators below the Supre Realm could only stare blankly.
From their perspective, everything on Ethan’s side had vanished inside that massive black sphere of intent. They could only hear distant roars and feel the earth quake beneath their feet. What happened inside that sphere was beyond their perception.
Only those with monstrous ntal strength—Zeon and Magnus—could barely peek inside.
"Brother Ethan..."
Zeon’s fists tightened, knuckles turning white. His eyes were filled with seriousness never before seen on his face.
Even with his talent, even with his bloodline, what he witnessed inside the intent world felt monstrous.
Magnus slowly placed his hand on the heavy sword strapped to his back.
His expression was grave.
"If he can’t hold on..." Magnus muttered under his breath, "even if I die... I’ll rush in."
Althea watched silently.
Her usually calm eyes were now sharp enough to slice through the void.
She was just about to make a move when she suddenly turned north, her pupils contracting.
"That aura..." she whispered. "What a terrifying bloodline. It’s coming."
Her breath grew cold.
On the other side, Latham of the Myriad Treasures Pavilion had seen everything clearly.
Unlike most people, he had treasures that allowed him to observe the entire intent world.
And what he saw stunned him to the core.
"Seventh Turn of Nirvana..." Latham whispered, shocked.
"This brat... actually reached such a realm in Nirvana?"
Ethan’s cultivation was impossible to see from the outside because physical cultivators were unpredictable in aura. But the intent world exposed fragnts of his true power.
And what he displayed...
Was enough to terrify an entire generation.
With the power of the seventh turn, Ethan alone was fighting two Inferior Supres. And not only fighting—they were the ones getting pushed to extremity.
They were forced to use killing moves.
They were forced to burn blood essence.
If things continued... they might even be forced to burn heart blood and souls.
"The Blood Tavern... truly picked up a monstrous gem," Latham murmured.
But then his eyes hardened. A slight ripple flickered across his sleeve as he sent a ssage.
"Lana, we’re moving soon."
"Understood."
Lana stood quietly in the shadows, her eyes shimring with complex emotion.
Compared to Rain, she had indeed been a step behind in discovering Ethan’s value.
But after today...
Perhaps she still had a chance to win him over.
anwhile, Iris and Grey watched in wide-eyed shock.
Grey’s voice trembled. "Aunt Iris... how can a cultivator from a barren land like Oceanreach beco this strong?"
He prided himself on his talent, his combat power, his ability to fight above his realm.
But this?
Crossing realms to fight Supre cultivators?
This wasn’t sothing that could be explained by talent alone.
Iris took a long breath. "There is a secret in this boy. And he wanted to steal the stone tablet from us. He must know sothing about the Original Stone Tablet... maybe even obtained its inheritance."
Grey’s pupils shrank. "Then we must—"
"Not now," Iris cut him off. "Let them fight. I will recover first."
Behind them, Seraphina heard everything.
Her mind completely collapsed.
This person—the very sa person she despised, mocked, looked down upon—was now fighting against Supres. With only the strength of the Seventh Turn, he was suppressing two Supres who had lived far longer than he had been alive.
She staggered, nearly collapsing, grabbing a tree for support.
"Ha... haha..."
"Hehehe... ahahahaha..."
She laughed and cried at the sa ti, her expression twisting in pain.
All her hatred... all her prejudice... completely shattered at this mont.
"If... if I hadn’t been such a blind fool back then..." she whispered like a ghost, "Azure Origin Dao Sect... might have stood at the peak..."
But now it was too late.
Everything was too late.
...
Inside the valley—
The enormous black sphere suddenly disintegrated.
Ethan had shattered the world of fist intent himself.
Thunder and lightning tore apart the sky like wild beasts as Ethan descended from the heavens, his fist splitting the sky open.
Boom!!!
A golden wave of energy, mixed with Profound Purifying Fla, exploded outward.
The shockwaves rippled across the valley.
Trees snapped in half.
Massive boulders flew like dust.
The ground quaked violently.
"Ethan, accept your fate!"
Victor Ashenvale roared as he burst forward with killing intent overflowing. His flaming sword turned into a streak of crimson, slashing at Ethan like a falling teor.
Galen was right beside him.
His eyes were cold, murderous.
"Ethan," Galen said, lightning gathering crazily around him, "you forced to use powerful moves again and again. Now let’s see how you block the next one!"
Thunder exploded around his spear as it transford into a bolt of calamity lightning, shooting straight toward Ethan.
Ethan stood still for a mont.
He wiped the blood from his lips.
Two deep breaths.
Slowly... his chaotic breath cald.
"The Supre Realm..." Ethan murmured coldly. "It really lives up to its na."
The backlash from their previous exchange still lingered. His blood and energy had churned violently. For a brief mont, even his breath had been disrupted.
His physical strength had dropped by 20%.
Most cultivators would crumble.
But Ethan just smirked.
He lifted his head.
Golden eyes flashing with madness.
"You’re right," Ethan said, licking the blood from the corner of his mouth. "I am indeed at the end of my strength."
His smile widened.
Wild.
Reckless.
Arrogant.
"But tell ..."
His hand lifted slightly.
Dark shadows began swirling around him.
"...have you ever seen a man fight best when he’s at the end?"
The air trembled.
A wicked crescent shadow tore through space—
And in the next second...
The Moonflood Scythe returned to his hands.
