Reading the remark from the God Simulator condemning his death, Linsley couldn't even retort, as he was equally surprised by how fast he had died.

However, knowing that he might have encountered a powerful enemy from the supernatural side of the Avatar World, Linsley consoled himself with the thought that there was another simulation opportunity tomorrow.

Even if his simulated body died, Linsley would only have to bear the pain of death. While the normal simulation presented events as text, Linsley received real-ti feedback of the feelings, mories, and experiences of his simulated self as if he were actually there.
