Zephyrax surged forward, his massive claws crackling with electricity as he swiped at her.

Aurielle darted to the side, her movents fluid and effortless.

"Arrogance?" she said, feigning offense. "No, no, darling. This is just good old-fashioned fun."

She clapped her hands together, summoning another gift. "Let's give you a little present. Gift Bestowal: Bad Luck Attraction!"

A tiny wisp of violet flux shot from her fingers, embedding itself into Fulminis's aura. He faltered mid-flight as the effect took hold.

The storm cloud above him sputtered, and a stray bolt of lightning struck his tail.

Fulminis roared, his frustration mounting. "What trickery is this?"

Aurielle floated backward, laughing. "Oh, nothing much. Just a tiny little curse. Don't mind the bad luck. It'll pass. Maybe."

As Fulminis lunged at her again, a stray gust of wind knocked him off course, slamming him into a jagged cliffside.

Aurielle burst into laughter, clutching her sides. "Oh, this is too good! Co on, big guy, show what you've got!"

Fulminis roared again, his pride fueling his determination.

He charged her with renewed ferocity, lightning crackling in a massive sphere around him. "Enough gas! You will bow before the might of the storm!"

Aurielle's grin widened. "Now we're talking!"

As Fulminis's attack closed in, she clapped her hands once more, creating a new gift. "Gift of Spontaneous Combustion."

The mont his lightning sphere reached her, it exploded in a harmless cascade of colorful sparks.

Fulminis stopped mid-attack, blinking in confusion.

"What...?" he muttered, his voice tinged with disbelief.

Aurielle tilted her head, a playful smirk on her lips. "Oh, did you think that would hurt ? Silly dragon. Let show you sothing cooler."

With a wave of her hand, she summoned a massive flux construct—a giant glowing rubber duck. "et Mr. Quackers!" she exclaid.

The construct launched itself at Fulminis, bouncing off his snout with an anticlimactic boing.

Fulminis blinked, his aura flickering. "You mock ?"

Aurielle's laughter echoed through the valley. "Of course! It's called having fun. You should try it soti."

Fulminis's fury peaked, his body surging with lightning as he prepared another attack.

But before he could act, Aurielle's expression shifted, her playful deanor giving way to a chilling seriousness.

"Alright, playti's over," she said, her violet flux intensifying. "I ca here to unify this continent, not just to ss around. Kneel, Fulminis. Or I'll make you."

The weight of her flux pressed down on him like an unrelenting tide.

Fulminis faltered, his lightning dimming as he struggled to stay airborne.

For the first ti, he realized just how far the gap between their powers truly was.

"You're... no ordinary human," he said, his voice trembling.

Aurielle floated closer, her smirk returning. "Nope. I'm the human incarnation of a god. But don't worry—I'll take good care of your little continent."

Fulminis hesitated, his pride warring with his survival instincts.

Finally, he bowed his head, his voice low. "I... submit."

Aurielle clapped her hands, her smile bright. "Good boy! Now, let's get to work on fixing this place."

With a snap of her fingers, she summoned a Restoration Gift and sent it cascading across the landscape.

The infected dragons in the distance roared as their crimson flux dissolved, their clarity restored.

"See? This isn't so bad," Aurielle said, turning back to Fulminis. "Now, where's your king? I hear he's the fun one."

Fulminis hesitated, his massive form bowing slightly, the arcs of purple lightning across his scales dimming.

"Zephyrax resides in the heart of the Starbound Spire," he said reluctantly. "But be warned—he is no ordinary dragon. He's the oldest among us, and his power bends the fabric of space itself."

Aurielle's grin widened, her violet flux swirling playfully around her. "The fabric of space? Oh, this is going to be delightful."

Without waiting for a response, she launched herself skyward, her laughter ringing out as she shot into the horizon like a cot.

Behind her, Fulminis watched in silence, his pride overshadowed by a strange mixture of awe and unease.

—The Starbound Spire—

Aurielle ascended into the skies above the Dragon Continent, her path guided by the faint shimr of starlight emanating from the distance. The air grew thinner, charged with an ancient, cosmic energy that sent shivers through her flux.

When she reached the apex of the spire, the sight before her stole even her breath.

The vast expanse of the Starbound Spire was unlike anything else in the Diviner World. It seed to float between realms, a celestial structure shimring with an ethereal glow.

Surrounding it was a void-like expanse of swirling stars and galaxies, as if the very essence of the cosmos had converged in this one place.

Perched at its center was Zephyrax, the Space Dragon King.

His massive form was a spectacle of cosmic beauty. Black scales, like the void of space itself, reflected shimring hues of stars and galaxies, as if he carried the universe upon his body.

His luminous eyes, glinting with cosmic light, turned toward Aurielle as she approached. His presence exuded an aura of ancient wisdom and unfathomable power.

"A mortal?" Zephyrax's voice resonated with the depth of an endless abyss, calm yet commanding. "You dare to enter my domain?"

Aurielle ca to a halt mid-air, placing a hand on her hip as she tilted her head. "A mortal? Sweetie, I think you've got it backward. I'm no re mortal—I'm Aurielle. And I'm here to have so fun."

Zephyrax's eyes narrowed, the starlight in them intensifying. "Fun? Your arrogance belies your ignorance. Leave now, while you still can."

Aurielle tapped her chin thoughtfully. "Hmm, let think about it… No."

The air around them warped as Zephyrax's flux surged, distorting the space itself. He didn't move, yet the fabric of reality twisted and bent, as if the world were conforming to his will.

"You will regret this," Zephyrax said, his voice rumbling like the echo of collapsing stars.

Aurielle's grin widened. "Finally, soone who knows how to make an entrance. Alright, Zephyrax, show what you've got!"
