Kayden, standing as the last hope, looked at Emily with a mixture of fear and determination. "I don’t know what will happen, but I have to try."

Seeing that Aya and her team were back in top form and Emily hadn’t arrived yet, Weiss sighed as he comnted to them, "I have to admit, I was expecting that you’d all fall at this stage. To be honest, I didn’t expect Aya would take the lead since the best outco would be for Kayden to take the lead and defeat Emily in rock, paper, scissors."

Weiss had let them return a few minutes before Emily arrived so it allowed them to chat for a while.
