God-Level Game Developer System: I Brought In-Game Items To Real World Chapter 237: Crimson Ballroom
Kenshi used the wind to his advantage, creating barriers of slicing air to deflect the Spectral Knight’s attacks.
The spectral knight swung his sword with deadly precision, but Kenshi’s Wind-Style Swordsmanship allowed him to evade and counter with swift, powerful strikes.
"Your ti has co, Spectral Knight!" Kenshi shouted, summoning a whirlwind that lifted the knight off his feet.
With a final, decisive strike, Kenshi drove his holy sword into the Spectral Knight’s core.
The spectral knight let out a roar of agony, his form flickering as the holy light burned through him.
"You may have defeated , but you will not survive the wrath of Maverick Windesburg!" the Spectral Knight declared with his final breath, using the classic lines of a defeated villain mob.
His form disintegrated into a shower of ghostly sparks, vanishing into the air.
Remaining indifferent as if his battle against the Spectral Knight didn’t waste any of his energy, Kenshi sheathed his sword and turned to the team. "The path is clear. Let’s move on and the next enemy can be given to the rest of you who haven’t fought yet."
Hearing Kenshi’s words, Aya volunteered, "I’ll deal with the next enemy. And besides, I also need to start eating these evil spirits and monsters no matter how unpalatable they look so that I can start becoming stronger using the Gourt Authority."
Bianca offered, "I can assist Aya and use my Equality Authority to weaken her opponent using the debuffs of the Equality Authority."
In the previous gaming sessions, Aya had eaten the Nevergreen Treants just for the sake of improving her power. Because of that, her physical attributes in that ga session were a lot better than she currently had.
However, Aya was a lot stronger than in the previous gaming sessions since Aya has the Tyrannical Earth Gauntlet unlike in the previous gaming sessions.
Before they were about to completely leave the Gallery Hall of Whispers, Kuroneko asked, "Are you all sure that we should leave the massive leather book there? How about we take it with us? Who knows if that proves to be useful later on."
"And besides, we can just store it in our player inventory so we can choose to let it collect dust in the player inventory if you all didn’t trust it."
Hearing Kuroneko’s words, Aya and the rest of them pondered for a while before Aya decided, "Fine, let’s bring it with us."
"We can just store it in the player inventory as Kuroneko suggested. But then again, I still trust Kayden’s shoe over the map written on that massive leather book."
They all agreed with Aya’s words since they also didn’t trust the massive leather book.
They couldn’t even trust the hotel staff at Windesburg Hotel since the delicious food served to them was made with human at. Because of that, they learned to not trust any bullshit within Windesburg Hotel unless they had no choice but to trust it.
ProGarXD volunteered, "It’s too inconvenient to let all of us go there, so I’ll volunteer to return and fetch the massive leather book."
They all agreed to it and waited for ProGarXD at the exit of the Gallery Hall of Whispers.
Kenshi had faced the spectral knight at the exit of the Gallery Hall of Whispers so that was where they were currently at.
Soon enough, ProGarXD returned with nothing. Or at least, that was what looked on the surface but ProGarXD had already stored the massive leather book in his player inventory.
But when they were about to continue, Kuroneko suggested, "How about I hold the massive leather book instead? I’m good with dark magic and black magic so I can deal with it a lot better if sothing were to happen."
Regarding Kuroneko’s suggestion, ProGarXD and his teammates didn’t disagree with it.
ProGarXD took out the massive leather book from his player inventory and when it appeared, Kuroneko imdiately stored it in his player inventory.
After that, Kayden noticed that none of his teammates had any interest in relying on the information told to them by the massive leather book so he could only sigh and toss his shoe again.
When his shoe landed east, that’s where they headed next as they walked in the hallways.
As Aya and her team continued their journey through the sinister halls of Windesburg Hotel, they felt a growing sense of malevolence.
Kayden’s shoe pointed them east, and they followed its direction with cautious steps. The whispers of the Gallery Hall of Whispers faded behind them, replaced by an eerie silence that seed to deepen with every step.
Soon, they arrived at a grand set of double doors. The wood was dark and ornate, with intricate carvings that hinted at the opulence that once filled the space beyond.
Aya pushed the doors open, and they stepped into the Crimson Ballroom.
The ballroom was drenched in a perpetual crimson glow, casting long shadows and giving everything a blood-red tint.
The air was thick with the sense of tragedy and loss, a stark reminder of the massacre that had taken place here.
Phantom dancers, dressed in tattered finery, twirled and moved with ethereal grace, while spectral musicians played haunting lodies on instrunts that seed to shimr between reality and the spectral plane.
Kayden, Bianca, and the rest of the team instinctively tensed, sensing the danger in the room.
Shirohige stepped forward, summoning his Mystical Soul Piano. He began to play a powerful, resonant lody that filled the ballroom with an invigorating energy.
"Aya, I’ll provide you with the buffs you need to strike these phantoms. Take them down," Shirohige called over the music.
They all agreed before that it was Aya’s turn to deal with the next enemies so none of them disagreed and Shirohige even went for a supporting role since he needed to due to Aya not having any ans to attack ghosts.
Hearing Shirohige’s words, Aya nodded, feeling the surge of power from Shirohige’s music coursing through her.
She took out her Tyrannical Earth Gauntlet from her player inventory. It glowed faintly, ready for battle.
Aya ran towards the phantom dancers as she let out a battle cry, "Here I go!"
