The reason why he bought both two duplicates of reality manipulation in its authority version was due to the possibility of one of them being negated or deactivated. So if his Reality Warping Authority was deactivated, he could still use his Reality Alteration Authority to manipulate reality.

As if that wasn’t enough, Weiss decided to buy the Chaos Authority which allowed him to manipulate chaos itself.

He even bought the reality warping superpower despite already having reality manipulation and subjective reality. The reality warping superpower might look redundant, but Weiss bought it in case both his reality manipulation and subjective reality superpowers were deactivated.

Alice leaned closer to Weiss and read his stats shown on the ga developer status and comnted, "You bought more authorities and superpowers than I have expected. But this is for the best."
