Next, chop the onions, rub in salt, pepper, soy sauce, and other seasonings, and marinate so of the at.
After gathering the remaining bones and skin and flesh, Lin Yue finally completed all the preparations as twilight arrived.
"I’m quite tired, but today has been pretty fulfilling."
Lin Yue stretched lazily, looked at the increasingly tall black smoke column outside the city walls, and walked into the factory.
He walked over to the canning production line, first putting a large amount of at into the ingredient barrels. After activating the machine, Lin Yue saw the at being continuously stirred by the paddles inside.
"Running smoothly, however, this ti let’s add so seasoning instead of just doing the simple salted flavor."
Lin Yue went to the seasoning box, and after placing the rock salt inside, he suddenly had a whim, abandoning the idea of adding potatoes, and took out a Devil’s Pepper.
This thing is extrely spicy even with just one piece, which could make the gigantic Ox-Carrier Serpent Dragon roll on the ground; that’s the terrifying aspect.
However, if only cut to such a tiny amount, and added into this massive amount of at...
It should be fine.
Lin Yue used a dagger to cut a small piece, about the size of a short fingernail, and added it to the seasoning box.
"Add a bit of spice, anyway, there’s not much Donkey-headed Lion at, so let’s produce a limited amount first. If it doesn’t sell or isn’t popular, then we’ll stop next ti."
With this thought, Lin Yue added so soy sauce and other seasonings before finally activating the machine.
As the gradually familiar chanical roaring began to sound, Lin Yue finally completed this task.
The canned food would still take so ti to finish, allowing for a well-deserved break.
It also counts as a day of hard work, doesn’t it?
However, it’s getting dark soon, better call Bai, Little ng, and the Little Ice Lizards back.
Driving outside, Bai and Little ng were still battling away. Lin Yue watched for a while, realizing that during this ti, they had surprisingly handled about half of the bodies.
Truly industrious.
Lin Yue drove to the battlefield’s edge, observing the Little Ice Lizards still working tirelessly. He suddenly noticed that the robotic dogs were already stationary, their solar panels open for charging, seemingly having completed all their tasks.
The Little Ice Lizards, seeing Lin Yue arrive, excitedly chirped. However, they quickly jumped into the enormous pit, continuing to search for the Storage Space light spots.
Before him, Lin Yue was astounded to see two mounds of Storage Space light spots like the ones found at midday!
"Truly diligent, aren’t you all."
Lin Yue reached out towards one of the mounds.
[You have acquired 3 cubic ters of Storage Space]
[You...]
The continuous system sounds rang out once again.
As the sounds repeatedly echoed, the numbers in his Storage Space were crazily rising!
From the original 16,322 cubic ters, gradually growing!
From twenty thousand, growing to twenty-five thousand, until finally, when Lin Yue bagged the last Storage Space light spot, his overall Storage Space had shockingly reached the terrifying number of 31,004 cubic ters!
And yet...
The Little Ice Lizards were still searching, though during his collection of Storage Space light spots, they didn’t find another one. Lin Yue believed, given another day’s ti, all the light spots would surely be collected entirely.
"With 31,000 cubic ters of Storage Space... if I can venture into the Secret Realm, it seems I could do sothing quite terrifying."
Lin Yue gazed around, further east from here, about one to two hundred ters away, lay a wooden door about to be covered by wild grass.
And that seed to be a place he could explore tomorrow.
"Tomorrow, I can finally demonstrate my skills, and incidentally, search for materials to build those tracks."
Lin Yue intended to set up tracks leading to both the Nitrate Ore mine and the Petroleum River Mine. Be it trains or sothing else, many materials were currently lacking.
But, tomorrow seed like a good chance to look.
The massive Storage Space, even a full-length train could fit inside, couldn’t it?
Thinking of these, Lin Yue again looked at the robotic dogs’ labor results.
A mountain-like collection of treasure chests piled together, casting extrely long shadows in the sunset.
"Is this finally the end..." After spending two days, all the treasure chests were finally excavated.
Lin Yue went over and stored them in the Storage Space, then looked over the numbers again.
"5,443. Adding the previous ones... does it really total around seventy thousand?"
What does seventy thousand Copper Treasure Chests signify?
Even opening ten thousand casually would overflow his warehouse!
"Opening treasure chests will be quite a troubleso, labor-intensive, and monotonous task... The Little Ice Lizards seem to be a perfect fit for the job?"
Of course, there’s the lovely Little ng, who was persuaded enough by Bai. It’s expected that going forward, it’ll also experience confusion, weariness, lethargy, and fatigue from continuously opening chests...
But Lin Yue won’t care about that.
After all, it’s inevitable.
You enjoy opening treasure chests, don’t you?
Naturally, if there’s absolutely no alternative, he would follow suit in opening so treasure chests but definitely not too many.
"This ability is quite troubleso as well... if it doesn’t work, letting the robotic dogs handle it in the end is also viable, isn’t it?" Lin Yue gazed at those tal critters still sunbathing to charge and got more ideas.
Indeed.
If more than seventy thousand Copper Treasure Chests are handed to the Little Ice Lizards, each would roughly get distributed about a hundred forty or fifty, which is enough to induce fatigue and weariness in them.
"If no large-scale enemies co again, why not let Bai handle the button for triggering them... suddenly feeling troubleso..."
Indeed, this ability allows him to rise rapidly in the early stages.
But the downside is...
After large-scale exterminations of mutated creatures, he’ll end up with a glut of treasure chests.
And this was sothing Lin Yue hadn’t considered initially.
"Little fellows, stop searching for now, leave it to tomorrow, it’s al ti!"
Lin Yue called the little ones back to the Shelter and then stored those robotic dogs into the Storage Space.
Lin Yue looked around.
The remnants of beggars and Lizardn were now reduced significantly.
They seed almost entirely incinerated in previous explosions, and subsequently, the Little Ice Lizards and robotic dogs had disposed of them to fire or buried them deep while searching for Storage Space light spots and treasure chests.
This did save him quite so trouble.
Otherwise, rely cleaning up those fragnts would take a considerable amount of ti, and if delayed, they could rot easily, attracting all sorts of undesirables.
Once more glimpsing at the enormous pit, Lin Yue turned back, driving back to the Shelter.
The ti had co to return.
He glanced westward, the sun was about to set, and this day’s night was soon approaching.
Two tasks remained.
One, was waiting for the lting Furnace to refine all the alloys, which would happen around nine in the evening, over two hours from now.
The second, the Disaster Forecast at midnight!
This ti, the disaster would be quadruple.
It was a much more severe situation than before.
Despite the World Channel, where it seed as if nothing was amiss, everyone chatted about all sorts of things, and in the group, there were even so Survivors constantly spamming images and emojis, giving the feeling that everyone was relaxing and enjoying the freshness of this Otherworld, enjoying the life of this Otherworld.
But, everyone understands one thing.
It’s all a cover for the anxieties, frets, and unease preceding the upcoming Disaster Forecast.
Various conjectures, expectations, and considerations lingered amid this Otherworld’s remaining two billion people. The vast majority secretly worried and pondered, simultaneously anticipating, many hopeful, or despairing, awaiting the mont of the Disaster Forecast.
Lin Yue was also awaiting the arrival of that mont.
Waiting for this quadruple disaster, to see how close it would align with his predictions.
Though, he did not wish for those thoughts to co true.
"By any ans, don’t let it be cold temperatures from increased oxygen levels, nor drought!"
Lin Yue hoped from the bottom of his heart.
If both of these occur together, then surviving this quadruple disaster becos extrely difficult.
