The second layer was filled with various pasta, ergency food, and other easily preserved foodstuffs, but in the torrent of ti, the system has classified them as "spoiled, inedible" waste.

Lin Yue skimd over these, looking towards the third layer, which was filled with various hardware tools and nails, all wrapped in oil paper and stored in wooden boxes, still not rusted despite passing decades, preserved remarkably well.

The next layer contained mineral water, plastic packaging, with 2-liter and 4-liter bottles, approximately a hundred bottles, though after decades these bottled waters were unsuitable for drinking, but could be used for other water needs.

Lin Yue took them in without hesitation and looked at the bottommost layer.

There, layers of wooden crates were piled, all the plank variety, with so black lettering printed on them.

"PISTOL... Goodness, is it real?" Lin Yue picked up a small crowbar nearby and pried the box open!

What appeared right in front of him was a gold-plated, extrely robust-looking large handgun!

It even had the friendly engraved markers of Mark VII and the na Desert Eagle, as if afraid the discoverer wouldn’t know its na.

"Desert Eagle... Goodness, gold-plated Desert Eagle, aweso!"

Lin Yue weighed the nearly two-kilogram massive handgun and couldn’t help but exclaim!

The Desert Eagle, truly sothing that makes one’s blood boil; he had seen countless tis the terrifying power displayed by this mighty weapon in films.

Upon firing bullets, it generates imnse power and deafening roar, causing severe wound injuries while also creating significant psychological impact on enemies!

However, its shortcomings are also rather lethal.

"Desert Eagle = recoil warning, ordinary people can’t handle this thing; attempting it lightly can easily cause severe arm injury."

Lin Yue contemplated for a while, thinking of how to use it.

By wearing a chanical arm, this thing’s recoil could be entirely ignored, even considered inconsequential.

If there’s anything Lin Yue isn’t too fond of about this Desert Eagle, it would be its flashy color.

Oh, gold!

Pulling out a dazzling gold piece, might blind the opponent’s eyes first.

Comparatively, Lin Yue feels a pure tallic color suits him better.

Stored the Desert Eagle into the Storage Space, Lin Yue cracked open crates one after another, unexpectedly discovering two sighting scopes and a Barrett sniper rifle! The rest were all Desert Eagle and Barrett bullets, and at the very bottom crate, Lin Yue even unearthed a double-barreled hunting shotgun, though with not many bullets.

This is indeed a treasure trove.

Lin Yue couldn’t help but exclaim.

After pocketing all these, he felt the gains this ti were plentiful.

There were substitutes for firearms, and he had acquired quite a few bullets, indicating this bunker under the villa was likely the original owner’s doomsday shelter, with firearms and ammunition stored for special circumstances.

Lastly, Lin Yue dumped everything from the right compartnt except for the canned goods and pasta, even taking the shelves. Then he moved to the left and opened a box.

Inside it was a box of clothes wrapped in multiple layers of plastic sheeting, clean.

The second box also contained clothing, won’s wear.

The third contained shoes, sneakers and mountaineering boots, and a pair of AJ, Air Jordan 1 Black and Red, all brand new.

After comparing shoe sizes, Lin Yue found they didn’t fit him, but they could still be taken, either broken down for design blueprints or materials, they would be good stuff.

The fourth box contained won’s shoes. Fifth and sixth were all clothes.

Lin Yue picked one out.

High slit.

Well then.

Emmmm... Were these truly ant for use in a doomsday shelter?

After extracting so clothes more suitable for clapping situations, Lin Yue expressed a lack of understanding.

This shelter’s old chap seed quite playful; it felt less like preparing for an apocalypse and more like a personal collection of quirky interests.

Lin Yue scavenged around, breaking down all the useless things into various fabric fibers, and realized there were over a dozen boxes left on the ground.

Radios, laptops, phones, and walkie-talkies, ergency flashlights, dical kits, various knives, pots and pans, mountaineering backpacks, clothing, and boots, solar charging panels, foldable bikes.

Finally, Lin Yue also discovered a radio already identified by the system as faulty.

He took all these things, missing nothing.

As he departed, he suddenly rembered sothing, "What’s the shelf life of those foods again?"

Lin Yue realized he didn’t have a proper understanding of the Secret Realm, which is Earth, and how many years had passed.

He subconsciously believed the Secret Realm should be Earth decades later.

So, how many storms had this Earth, referred to as the Secret Realm, endured in humanity’s and original beings’ youth?

Perhaps, those ergency foods could provide so minimum hint.

Naturally, during the shelf life, they’re not inedible, but the system declared those ergency foods completely inedible, which ans the shelf life of those ergency foods could determine what year it currently is on Earth!

With this thought, Lin Yue returned to the right room, picked up an ergency food from the ground, though ti had faded its package design, the expiry date was still discernible.

"Production date was January 2022, and being transmitted here was around late January... wait, the shelf life is... What? A full thirty years!"

Lin Yue’s breath grew rapid imdiately.

Thirty years!

He reassessed its quality, still "spoiled, inedible"!

Picked up one after another, while checking their shelf lives, he also inspected the packaging for damages but found no air leaks or such, though the expiry dates indeed were thirty years.

The shelf life had passed; so food remained edible, yet the system deed them completely inedible...

"So, maybe it’s at least thirty-plus years after 2022, that is, post-2052?"

Thinking it over, it was terrifying.

Why is it like this?

Lin Yue felt his current understanding had taken a new leap.

After humanity got collectively transported to the Otherworld, through the Ancient Secret Realm Gate connected to humanity’s original ho—Earth, had unknowingly passed at least thirty years!

What transpired in at least these thirty years?

Lin Yue ticulously searched his mind for all relevant clues and information.

When this so-called "survival ga" began, he rembered retaining mories from right after the enormous teor fell, before being directly transmitted to this Otherworld, along with everyone else.

In later group chats and global channel conversations, he learned everyone ca this way, with recent mories before transmission.

This definitely wasn’t false; it was impossible for everyone to be lying.

And after the Ancient Secret Realm Gate opened, Earth appeared like decades later.

Why was there a thirty-year ti gap?

Could it be that humanity’s journey in the Otherworld took thirty years, or was sothing awry at the Ancient Secret Realm Gate?

Considering the land contours of the broader regional map, Lin Yue increasingly felt more mysteries unfolded.

Solve one, and more arrive.

"Gawu."

Bai’s voice sounded at the entrance, seeming to remind Lin Yue it was ti to go.

Lin Yue exited the warehouse, transford the ladder into raw material alloy, then finally departed the villa.

Next, he tirelessly searched throughout the small town, yet found no more firearms nor any hidden warehouses.

But the bounty was still significant, from various electronics to diverse items turned into raw materials, and so alloys, all of which Lin Yue needed.

Finally, as darkness gradually enveloped the area, Lin Yue didn’t linger anymore, returning with Bai to the shelter, sealing up the broken Ancient Secret Realm Gate with iron blocks.

The Otherworld was also plunged into the twilight hour.

The setting sun, like blood.

A massive figure, who knows when it appeared on the northern desert, and was approaching the shelter with increasing proximity.
