[Apocalypse Calendar, Day Three]
[Killing mutated creatures can yield loot boxes, which is sothing unimaginable on Earth, but in this world, it’s real. Not to ntion the so-called system and the impending disaster, it all feels like a ga.]
This morning, I happened to kill a creature with a lizard-like head that could walk upright. It seed to be stuck between two closely grown trees. I didn’t hesitate and used my stone spear.
It surprisingly dropped a Copper Treasure Chest. Upon opening it, I found a blueprint for a Copper Blade, this large notebook, and a pen.
Damn it, I can’t even get water to drink, what good is this stuff? To write a diary?
Who the hell keeps a diary seriously.
However, I was so thirsty at night that I couldn’t sleep, so I wrote sothing down. I still have two apples, but they seem to lack much moisture and are a bit shriveled.
Would anyone want this?
By the way, if I die of thirst, whoever picks up this notebook will know I died of thirst, right?
Speaking of which, who exactly is Lin Yue? He’s been selling water for two days straight, where does his water co from?
I’m at a loss for what to write. At night, Lin Yue said he needed stone blocks. I still have so; can I trade them for water?]

[Apocalypse Calendar, Day Four]
[The disaster forecast arrived, saying there will be a blizzard. Can we drink the ltwater from the blizzard?
Lin Yue traded with yesterday. If not for the 200ml of water he gave , I might have really died of thirst. Of course, I gave him those two apples, which he seed quite happy to accept.
200ml of water should last two to three days, right? Maybe I can hold out until the blizzard cos.
How much water does a person need to drink per day again?
If push cos to shove, I’ll drink my own urine...
But did I sell the apples too cheaply? I’m kind of craving apples myself.
During the day, soone added as a friend, nad Du Ping. Du Ping gave various survival tips and advice, but many of them I already knew.
But Du Ping seems to be a good person.
Whether it’s Lin Yue or Du Ping, eting people from Tang Country in this Otherworld brings a sense of familiarity; both of them seem decent.
At noon, I killed dozens of bugs. They were surrounding the corpse of that lizard-like creature, or rather Lizardman, decomposing it. As a result, I obtained five Wooden Treasure Chests and opened them to find four bottles of water and a piece of bread—truly lucky.
However, the apple trade seems even more of a loss.
Next ti when trading with others, I need to hide such items carefully.]

[Apocalypse Calendar, Day Seven]
[The blizzard ca, or should I say, the disaster arrived.
For , the first disaster was relatively simple. All that’s needed is a sturdy Shelter, sufficient food, heating tools, lots of firewood, and good ventilation to easily get through it.
Fortunately, I have all of these.
Three days ago, the Wooden Treasure Chests clearly marked a great start. After that, I used the bodies of mutated creatures to attract more bugs, and even with low probabilities, killing so many allowed to obtain so Wooden Treasure Chests. Indeed, from that day until today, I’ve acquired 30 Wooden Treasure Chests, yielding enough water and food to last until the tenth day. Plus, there are coal and copper mines not far from the Shelter, providing stone blocks and Iron Blocks. It seems I’m quite lucky.
In the morning, I checked the leaderboard. In a group of ten thousand, I’m ranked fifth, apparently ahead of others—I’m quite sothing.
By the way, Lin Yue was predictably first, just as I guessed.
I’ve exchanged a lot with Du Ping these past two days. I traded things like copper blocks and Iron Blocks for various blueprints from him.
Foolish people, blueprints are clearly more important than those things. Look at Lin Yue; he’s long understood this, but others seem not to have.
By the way, the system’s video playback for the top three and then self-destruct is a bit much. I haven’t figured out Lin Yue’s trap yet.
I miss my wife; I miss my goofy son. The system said at least those with shared bloodlines would co. My wife probably won’t, but I can take care of my son.
Son, your old man will create a kingdom for you!
By the way, my father could co too—his health isn’t great though...
They could bring a total of six days’ worth of water and food, which seems more hopeful for life.
I can’t believe I’ve written so much—definitely need a drink.]

[Apocalypse Calendar, Day Eight]
[Damn it—what kind of Otherworld is this!
System, I curse your ancestors! My son isn’t my son, and my father isn’t my father either! It turned out to be my neighbor Uncle Wang?! What kind of joke is this!
The system is just a paternity test machine, right? Huh?!
What exactly is my life?
What the hell am I—might as well be dead!]

[Apocalypse Calendar, Day Nine]
[Uncle Wang is amazing.
Uncle Wang used to practice martial arts when he was young—the kind where a hundred people couldn’t get close to him; even before the teleportation, he was the "God of Exercise Equipnt" in our neighborhood, with an intimidating amount of muscle.
In just one day, he successfully adapted to the Otherworld and also taught more wilderness survival skills.
We originally had a great relationship, and when I was ready to give up today, he beat up and then told he wouldn’t let die.]
