The flaming arrowheads ignited the bodies of those pierced or hit Lizardn, or luckily survived Lizardn, turning them each into blazing fireballs!
Screams filled the air as the force of the Crossbow Carriage Burning Arrow finally waned, having taken down 22 Lizardn by the ti it hit the ground!
The flas illuminated the tunnel as Lin Yue put the Crossbow Carriage back in Storage, released so water, and gathered the treasure chests into the Storage Space.
He proceeded forward and soon arrived in front of the stone door leading to the Shelter.
Opening the door, Lin Yue quickly got back to the top of it.
"Finally back, let’s hurry up and get this water stored." Xiao ng and the others were still in the Ice Lizard Cave, and he’d collect so more water on another trip; it was enough for today.
Lin Yue opened the door to the Shelter, suddenly feeling sothing wasn’t right.
Where’s Bai?
Where did Bai go?
Was he feeling bored and went outside hunting?
Suddenly, a rumbling sound echoed around him!
Lin Yue’s heart leapt, and he rushed to the top of the Shelter!
What happened?
And the scene before him left him speechless!
A cloud of dust filled the air, with continuous rumbling from the ground. A White Dragon flew across the sky, while a giant centipede writhed underneath!
A centipede? That is...
Covered with long hair yet possessing a multitude of centipede-like claws, it spanned a length of over ten ters, almost resembling a "giant creature"!
It seed Bai’s strategy was to fly into the air, then unleash an icy mist on the giant centipede’s back the mont it turned, followed by a heavy blow from its arms and hind legs!
However, the opponent’s defense seed quite strong; Bai’s attacks felt like tickles!
"This certainly won’t work," Lin Yue assessed the distance between the monster over there and the Shelter, realizing there was still more than a kiloter, clearly closer to the Ancient Secret Realm Gate.
Could Bai be deliberately preventing the monster from approaching the Shelter?
