As the door opened, a square building erged in view.
It was the shelter Lin Yue had placed here earlier. Bai shook its head toward it, indicating no one was inside.
Lin Yue stepped forward, just about to retrieve it when he noticed fresh bloodstains near the door that hadn’t been there previously.
He frowned, pushed open the stone door, and was greeted by a stench of blood from within.
Shining the flashlight inside, Lin Yue found two curled-up corpses in the corner.
