"They’re charging out! Xing Lingfeng, what do we do?"

Fei Yue put down the telescope and wiped the sweat off his forehead.

He looked around at the survivors, and each person’s face had a different expression.

So were solemn, others panicked, hesitant, or confused.

These survivors, hastily gathered from various shelters, were led here by their leaders to join the large force of Xing Lingfeng, Fei Yue, and Liu Kai. Yet they remained a scattered group, although if each fought on their own, their battle strength would be decent.

But gathered together, their strength beca unstable, even on the verge of dissipating.

These 312 people were the maximum force they could muster, but could this force overwhelm the nearly five hundred in the opposing group, which was more than their previous estimate?

Their opponent covets Lin Yue’s vast supplies, banding together like wolves.

This pack of wolves, after a long journey, hungry and thirsty, under the lead wolf’s command, has long lost all logic and morality as humans.

Eyeing Lin Yue’s shelter like a piece of fat at, these wolves have beco frenzied!

And now, the wolves have descended from the mountains!

"They..." Xing Lingfeng’s lips trembled. At this mont, seeing the masses charging madly from several kiloters away with raised weapons, even he, familiar with the beast tide assaulting shelters, felt an urge to retreat.

But there was no room to retreat long ago!

They ca to defend Lin Yue’s shelter, driven by their own interests.

If Lin Yue’s shelter fell, next would be Xing Lingfeng’s refugee village, Fei Yue’s, and Liu Kai’s.

And this pack of wolves would continue to attract more!

In this Otherworld, wolves exist inside each person’s heart.

Chaos and disorder will cover this unfamiliar land once wolves rule!

"Lin Yue, why hasn’t he co out?" Liu Kai noticed the complexity in Xing Lingfeng’s eyes.

He was one of the few survivors who had t Lin Yue in person.

Back then, he thought Lin Yue was just a lucky survivor. But after interacting with him, Liu Kai realized this person was extraordinary.

Perhaps overly cautious, perhaps distrustful of others, but with outstanding battle strength and a near instinctual sensitivity and talent for combat, excessive calmness and composure, enabling almost instantaneous judgnt of advantages and disadvantages and swift response.

Lin Yue was much stronger than anyone he had seen!

But how would Lin Yue deal with this pack of wolves?

Liu Kai drew the alloy gun from his waist; the battle had begun, yet the protagonist showed no sign of appearing.

"He may still be in the Secret Realm..." Fei Yue sighed, continuously sending private ssages to Lin Yue, informing him of the looming crisis and their desire to fight alongside him.

But after hundreds of ssages, almost every few minutes, Lin Yue hadn’t blacklisted him, proving Lin Yue truly hadn’t seen them.

Moreover, now in the group, on the world channel, nearly everyone was focused on this event. So unless Lin Yue had been asleep all day or he was in the Secret Realm, there was absolutely no way he hadn’t seen these ssages.

"Lin Yue is still in the Secret Realm... So what do we do? Without him, our three hundred or so can’t possibly handle this four to five hundred. What do we do? Just charge?"

Among the crowd, other refugee village leaders couldn’t help but murmur. In their hesitation, the wolves had already charged over a hundred ters, madly frenzied.

"No choice, we must charge!"

Xing Lingfeng drew the alloy bow from his hand, followed by his fifty-nine subordinates, each drawing their weapons, mostly bows, fewer throwing spears, and each equipped with a shield adorned with intricate patterns.

Xing Lingfeng’s refugee village was among the first to rise in this Otherworld for a reason.

A survival expert himself, possessing unique insight into combat and survival, capable of fully utilizing it.

If not, in just over twenty days, he couldn’t have developed a refugee village so extensively.

Fei Yue raised his sword high, Liu Kai lifted the alloy gun, and other refugee village leaders raised their weapons.

"Charge!!!"

The three hundred-strong army paled not only in numbers compared to the five hundred.

They weren’t without retreat.

If today they couldn’t defend Lin Yue’s shelter, they could still return to their shelters, expedite building defenses, recruit more scattered survivors, or even rge several villages to resist the rampaging pack of wolves.

So, despite charging out, almost everyone harbored so self-interest.

Why risk lives for Lin Yue?

They still had a way out!

However... if they didn’t kill more of these wolves, maybe they could hope for so victory in their own village’s future defense war!

Moreover, even if Lin Yue returned.

Could he reverse this defeat?

Is it conceivable to rely on the shelter, on those Bai lizards, to turn around an unwinnable defeat?

While Lin Yue had indeed conquered Zone F of the Underground Ruins and even killed the giant creature, could his combat power deal with this frenzied pack of wolves?

Everyone charged toward Lin Yue’s shelter, yet no one felt victory was near.

Unless a miracle occurred!

But forget a miracle; Lin Yue himself hadn’t appeared!

"Boss, shouldn’t we not charge?" Huo Yu suddenly shouted.

The others running alongside Xing Lingfeng also looked at him.

But even Xing Lingfeng was unsure.

The wolves had already charged four to five hundred ters, less than halfway to Lin Yue’s shelter, with dozens more behind as they surrounded one person, closely following.

"Catch the leader to break the pack, attack there!" Xing Lingfeng speculated it was Levik, defeating the person would sowhat deter these ravenous wolves, maybe even turn this absolute disadvantage, but could the plan keep up with changes?

Sixty people broke from the group, charging toward the rear of the wolf pack, causing chaos among the others.

Originally, they all charged directly at the wolves nearing Lin Yue’s shelter, but Xing Lingfeng suddenly changed direction.

Which way should they charge? Different from the plan!

The group imdiately fell into disarray, so following Xing Lingfeng, others charging the original direction, and so even standing still.

A team already unstable had completely shattered!

Xing Lingfeng reached the forefront, confird the distance, then raised his right hand for everyone to stop.

"Follow my command, prepare!!"

They were now less than three hundred ters from the wolves!

The archers among his n all kneeled down on one knee, drawing their bows to full tension!

"Aim at the enemy! Fire... Wait, that is..."

A silver flash suddenly shot out from the nearby Ancient Secret Realm Gate; it was a dragon shining in silver white under the sun!

And on the dragon’s back, stood a figure!

"Lin Yue!!"

Everyone halted in their tracks, even the frenzied wolves.

But the person on the dragon’s back held aloft a spear in each hand, and as the dragon folded its wings in a dive, heads flew skyward!
