"Is it eating...flowers?"

Lin Yue lowered the sighting scope, thinking he must have seen sothing wrong.

This creature with a bull’s head, serpent-like neck, and elephantine body, was savoring the purple and red flowers on the ground, seemingly indifferent to him and Bai’s presence.

It appeared to dismiss the damage from the sniper bullets.

Compared to these things, the flowers on the ground seed far more attractive.

"Being treated like flies and mosquitoes, are you kidding ?"

Lin Yue had Bai land in the opposite direction from the shelter and the creature, noting that the creature continued chomping on the flowers, ignoring him.

After munching, the creature made strange sounds as if drunk, wobbling its head.

Good heavens, is this flower catnip?

Lin Yue resisted the urge to mock, yet seeing such a massive creature subdued by flowers growing close to the ground was indeed absurd.

But oddly enough, why hasn’t the giant creature attacked him despite being in its "defense zone"?

Could his original assumption be wrong?

Calculating the distance, Lin Yue placed a stone in front of him and set up the sniper rifle on a stand.

Let’s try shooting its head!

After the gunshot, Lin Yue quickly followed up with another shot, and both bullets precisely hit the top of the bull’s head!

"Gulululu..."

The giant creature nestled its head between its two incredibly long front legs, utterly ignoring him, continuing to munch on the flowers.

Lin Yue glanced at the sniper rifle.

This powerful weapon typically takes out Lizardn or Monster Winged Dragons with one shot each.

Yet against this bull-headed beast, it was like throwing pebbles.

No good.

If this doesn’t work, even the M19 or M880 Shotgun likely wouldn’t be effective.

Seems there’s no solution for now.

Lin Yue felt suffocated inside the gas mask.

"Even sniper bullets only spark off it, could it be... Wait, sparks?"

Suddenly, Lin Yue realized sothing.

"Bai! Let’s head back to the shelter!"

"Gawu!" Bai spread its wings, took Lin Yue high into the air!

Soon, Lin Yue landed and rushed to the basent storing gas cans.

Grabbing several barrels of gasoline, Bai once again took him back to the previous location.

At Lin Yue’s request, Bai lifted the gasoline barrels, surprising Lin Yue with its strength, initially he thought to use a basin for easier pouring.

"Bai, go and pour this stuff on it!" Things got simpler, and Lin Yue grew excited.

"Gawu!" Bai took the gasoline barrels swiftly into the air.

Just taught how to pour downwards, Bai grasped the idea.

The owner aid to start a fire, much like dealing with that Tentacle Monster!

Soon, Bai circled above, drizzling gasoline on the ground and the creature, the pungent sll making the giant creature very uncomfortable.

Upon seeing Bai, like an insect flying above, the creature suddenly roared, rising from the ground!

"It’s getting up? I wonder if giant creature at is edible?" Lin Yue raised the Alloy Tactical Crossbow, the Crossbow Arrow’s tip blazing with fire!

Bai’s barrel of gasoline had drenched much of the creature, gasoline trickled down continuously.

A breeze swept by, intensifying the acrid stench, Lin Yue seized the mont.

Swoosh!!

A whizzing sound pierced the air, the Crossbow Arrow engulfed in seemingly eternal flas shot towards the creature!

Boom!!!

Explosion-like sounds erupted, a surge of heat soared alongside the flas!

It’s burning!

Lin Yue flattened on the ground, soon Bai, reeking of gasoline, lifted him back into the sky.

"Grilled giant creature... seems quite successful?"

Watching the creature howling and rolling trying to extinguish the fire, Lin Yue found it surreal.

Was it this easy to deal with?

Earlier seeing the creature calmly in the acid rain flood, he thought it feared nothing, yet now...

"Gawoaoaoaoao!!!"

A horrific roar burst from the bull-headed monster’s massive mouth, flas fiercely consud its pillar-like legs, though hadn’t yet ignited the giant’s bodyst gasoline; minutes seed sufficient.

"Gawoaoaoaoo!" Although the creature rolled to extinguish so flas, the action lit the gasoline-coated area on its back.

Fire grew larger.

Amidst burnt slls, peculiar fragrances wafted.

Lin Yue observed gray-yellow dust rising from the creature, drifting skyward.

"Why does it look like pollen?" Lin Yue realized the gray-yellow smoke was indeed smoke, not bugs.

He caught so with gloved hands, finding it resembled a dandelion seed, but the top hairs were gray-yellow and a black sphere was attached below.

This giant creature... was it spreading plant seeds? Speaking of seed dispersal... those flowers?

Lin Yue seed to grasp sothing, yet felt confused.

What does this have to do with the sudden fever?

[Mad Poison Primrose Seeds]

The system’s identification helped, and Lin Yue imdiately ordered Bai to steer clear of these things.

"Gawoaoaoao!" The creature violently rolled on the ground, Lin Yue suddenly saw it sprinting!

Thunderous footsteps roared beside his ears, echoes reminiscent of the second earthquake.

This was in the air, but if... huh?

Wait, why, why is it...

Splash!

Water accompanied by the creature’s painful cries surged, the creature subrged almost completely in the acid rain lake!

Huge acid rainwater waves crashed, breaking free of the lake’s confines, engulfing surrounding land.

Dense smoke rose, the fire that raged monts ago vanished without a trace.

"Gawoaoaoao..." The creature lifted its head from the acid rain lake, glaring at the airborne white silhouette and the human atop it.

Its gaze filled with fury!

However.

In the air.

Lin Yue saw that the problem that had troubled him, the inability to resolve, was at this mont solved by a giant creature.

"Air-dropped supplies... were flushed ashore?"
