In the Otherworld, around every shelter, the mutated creatures once again fell into a frenzy just like every other night.
They feared sunlight, loved the darkness, and under the mysterious power of the two moons, beca insanely frenzied.
Most of the survivors in the shelters had already chosen to rest early, conserving their strength in hopes of finding a way to combat the dual disasters the next day.
But in places like this desert, wilderness, forest, and valley, the earth surface also had many black openings from which creatures covered in green scales but standing upright like humans kept erging.
So even rushed out from the stone doors!
However, in large numbers and quite noticeable in the night, these green Lizardn were not attacked by any mutated creatures, and all the mutated creatures seed to avoid them like sothing terrifying.
These monsters, wielding stone weapons, headed straight for the shelters; for them, there was no better food than the survivors...

Lin Yue and Bai had already returned from the Lizardn’s kitchen to the crossroads and without much hesitation, Lin Yue headed towards the complex maze-like direction on the right side which they had not yet explored.
The passage was quite dim, so Lin Yue took out his Night Vision Device and replaced the Sighting Scope on his Alloy Compound Crossbow.
In this kind of environnt, this was obviously more suitable.
"I spent 800 survival points back then, can’t just leave it unused."
To be honest, Lin Yue never thought he would use this thing, after all, he usually never goes out at night.
However, in this underground space, the usefulness of the Night Vision Device was unquestionable.
