After securing an Autonomous Domain, the obvious next step was to build it up.

Naturally, everyone simultaneously issued announcents recalling their kin to aid in the construction of their Autonomous Domains.

This in itself was nothing special, but the other races who hadn't participated in that initial discussion saw these announcents and imdiately followed suit, copying the trend one by one.

The Witch Clan, the Titan Race, the Forest Elves, the rfolk, the Phantom Mist Vampires, and even the unfamiliar dusas...

It didn't matter what the goal was; going all in alongside them was the right move.

After all, just look at which races were leading the charge.

The vast majority of them were among the original major races!

If they were plotting sothing big, following their lead was a guaranteed safe bet.

Previously, when the various races demanded Autonomous Domains, the Supre Council had agreed to grant them one by one in order to flaunt their own "authority" and "legitimacy."

Initially, the mbers of the Supre Council had been completely baffled as to why Chairman Durandal agreed to Lan Qingyou's "blackmail."

But looking at it now, this large-scale "enfeoffnt" had imnsely solidified the legitimacy of the Supre Council.

As a result, the council mbers grew even more satisfied with Durandal, constantly praising his wisdom and foresight.

Truthfully, Durandal had originally beco the chairman simply because he represented the greatest common denominator among all the council mbers.

But after this brilliant maneuver, everyone was thoroughly convinced of his leadership.

Even Chu Yuan felt the sa way.

However, that was purely an internal matter within the Supre Council.

To the outside world, the significance of these Autonomous Domains was completely extraordinary.

Setting aside those previously ntioned organizations that had staked out territories without the Supre Council's approval, consider the individuals or small groups huddling together for warmth.

When they saw that the various races—who previously had no fixed location to be found—now had their own territories, their natural reaction was to migrate toward the race they favored most.

When the ti ca, wouldn't it be incredibly convenient regardless of where they worked, lived, or studied?

What?

You ask what they would study?

Well... the unique knowledge of each race, of course!

It must be understood that compared to ordinary Transmigrators from Blue Star, these Evolvers possessed an inherent, overwhelming advantage in learning the knowledge of the Kalim Continent.

For example, the machinery of the Titan Race, the magic of the Demon Race, the Potioneering of the Witch Clan, the agriculture of the Forest Elves, the livestock breeding of the Succubi, and so on...

Because of this, these Evolvers had left everyone else in the dust when it ca to specialized knowledge.

All the ordinary Transmigrators had to do was stand on the shoulders of giants to glimpse the distance.

Evolution Items were rely an incidental bonus. Obtaining one would naturally be fantastic, but for most, that remained an unreachable luxury.

Learning knowledge, however, was entirely different. It was sothing everyone could accomplish. To attract a larger population, the major races had put forth the slogan: "As long as you co, you are guaranteed to be taught."

Guided by this very concept, when Transmigrators heard that the Witches' Forest housed a Witch Academy that systematically taught Potioneering and Alchemy to Witches and other students alike, they flocked in droves to this land that was previously steeped in wild rumors.

Thus, in the second month, the Witches' Forest—a place forrly slandered by gossip—ushered in a period of explosive population growth.

It swelled dramatically from an initial tens of thousands to roughly eight or nine hundred thousand people.

And that was without even counting the Witches themselves.

It was worth noting that ever since Susi and the others began distributing resources according to the registry, the number of Witches had also experienced an explosive surge.

Their numbers shot straight up from just over ten thousand to more than two hundred and ten thousand.

The influx was so massive that, after a discussion with Lan Qingyou, Diana had to accelerate the construction of the Abandoned City and the Abandoned Port to divert and accommodate the booming population.

And all of this happened within the span of a single month.

This truly proved how incredibly convenient magic could be.

Oh, and the imnse dividends brought by rapid population growth.

Honestly, if they hadn't been constrained by regional limitations and the Supre Council, the population increase would have been even more terrifying.

No...

"Constrained" wasn't the right word.

It was more accurate to say they were hampered by... rumors.

Only, this ti, the rumors were far more vicious, more targeted, and far more brazen than before.

Now, whether it was the world channel, the regional channels, the Adventurer's Guild channels, or the Card groups of various organizations and factions, a certain rumor was running rampant.

"Although these folks calling themselves Evolvers look very impressive, in reality, these so-called 'Evolvers' can no longer be called human;"

"They are nothing more than deviants who have abandoned the nobility of humanity;"

"They are non-human entities;"

"They are inferior demi-humans;"

"They are filthy creatures cursed by evil gods!"

That was the general gist of the slander.

It sounded so brainless that it was almost comical, yet on a global scale, a shocking number of people actually believed it!

When Lan Qingyou first discovered this issue, she was completely perplexed.

It wasn't until she asked in the group chat that she learned the reason: this world had already witnessed so-called "miracles"—specifically, the manifestation of the world's will.

Therefore, those who originally worshipped various deities back on Blue Star instantly shifted their faith onto the world's will.

They even sugarcoated it by claiming, "The world's will is the very sa god we worshipped on Blue Star."

Otherwise, why would the world's will transport them to the Kalim Continent!

This was its way of saving them from Blue Star and freeing them from the control of the Blue Star Federation!

While this narrative failed to explain why they were sent to a magic-filled continent fraught with danger from all sides, it was at least logically consistent within its own frawork, attracting a massive following in a very short ti.

They went on to establish an organization called the Sacred Domain, boldly declaring their intent to eradicate these heretics.

Even though Lan Qingyou could rack her brain and still fail to comprehend how this group of people—who hadn't even received an Attribute Correction—planned to eradicate millions of Evolver heretics, still...

Just as Vivian had predicted earlier, the narrative of racial antagonism had finally reared its ugly head.

And considering that the group imdiately announced their absolute support for the Supre Council upon their founding, even a fool could see who was pulling the strings behind the scenes.

However...

It wasn't that Lan Qingyou couldn't understand the Supre Council's motives.

After all, if things continued down this path, the seemingly vast population of over ten billion people would likely be entirely swallowed up, batch by batch, by these new races.

Do not let the seemingly small number of new races fool you.

According to the Supre Council's statistics, there were currently over a hundred new races that they knew of alone.

As for the ones that hadn't been accounted for, or those secretly hiding from the public eye, there was no telling how many there truly were.

If each of these races carved out several million or tens of millions of people for themselves, it wouldn't be long before the Supre Council was rendered completely obsolete.

After all, since the new races each had their own Autonomous Domains and self-governing rights, it was genuinely difficult for the Supre Council to interfere openly.

Bear in mind, this was sothing they had officially recognized barely a month or two ago.

If they were to act against it now, wouldn't that be slapping their own faces and personally dismantling the legitimate ruling authority they had worked so hard to stabilize?
