Ahhh! Ahhh!

"P-Please... no... no..."

Ahhh!

"My leg..."

"Kill ! Kill ."

At the center of a village, various miserable screams echoed in the air, tearing through the silent desert like broken bells.

The thick stench of blood hung in the atmosphere like a thick veil, making every breath feel heavy and rotten.

Lying on the ground were corpses broken into many pieces, their bodies scattered across the crimson sand.

Carapace plates were shattered into fragnts, leaving behind cracked shells and exposed flesh.

Antennae were forcefully uprooted, broken into pieces, and filled with fresh blood.

Scattered everywhere were broken finger claws, twisted limbs, torn flesh, and crushed bone fragnts.

Shell ridges were broken into unrecognizable parts, no longer carrying the shape they once had.

It was horror.

Carnage to the extre.

The Sandroach village had turned into a living nightmare. A death ground.

The soul rending screams coming from the center of the village were from the surviving humans for the mont.

Half an hour ago, the Sandroach village did not expect their peaceful life would turn into a living nightmare.

They did not expect that the few humans living among them would bring forth their doom.

Standing at the center of the village, a silver haired, blue eyed young man stared coldly at the humans screaming with all their might.

Their faces were contorted into horror as if they were staring at a devil incarnate.

"I will only ask one ti," Thoren said slowly. "The first person who tells the truth will have a simple, quick death. As for the others..." His voice trailed off, but the ssage was crystal clear.

The three humans lying on the ground could not help but shiver, despite the pain already consuming their bodies.

Perhaps if they had not experienced the brutality of the young man before them, they might have called his threat a bluff.

None of them were new to pain.

They had captured people before.

They had tortured people before.

They had listened to others beg, cry, curse, and scream beneath their hands.

But before the silver haired young man, all their built pain tolerance was nothing but a joke.

When they inflicted pain on others before, they thought their miserable screams were nothing but a facade.

They sneered at them.

They talked down on them.

They laughed at their pathetic expressions.

But now...

They knew better.

Pain was not noble.

Pain was not sothing a person could simply endure forever.

Pain stripped away pride, loyalty, courage, and lies until nothing remained but the desperate desire for it to end.

None of the three were whole. Their arms were broken into pieces, and their bones and flesh were mangled into paste.

Among them, one had his jaw broken into fragnts, blood pouring out like a broken pipe with mangled flesh and teeth entwined.

They wished the desert would open up and swallow them whole, allowing them to escape from this inhuman torture.

"So, who is going to speak?" Thoren asked, breaking them out of their spiraling thoughts.

"Y-Young Sir, I will talk..." a man said quickly, afraid the others would beat him to it.

"One of our guild’s main hideouts is in Sandroach Town."

Before the first person could complete his statent, he was beaten to it by the second person.

The second person did not wait for Thoren to speak as he continued to speak as if his life depended on it.

And truly, his life depended on it. He was in so much pain that he wished he would die right away.

Quickly, he revealed the Slave Trade Guild hideouts and every piece of information needed, along with those that were not needed.

He spoke of hidden routes beneath abandoned wells.

He even revealed the nas of middlen who dealt with Scorpion n, Sandroach elders, and wandering bounty hunters.

The secrets of the Slave Trade Guild were laid bare before Thoren.

"Very good. You did great," Thoren said flatly.

Whoosh!

Standing beside Thoren, the undead Royalty Stonewall swung his deadly blade, severing the head of the young man in one motion.

Thud!

The head rolled off his neck, falling to the ground with a sickening thud.

Blood gushed out from his headless neck before his body fell to the ground, as blood continued to pour out.

Looking at the headless corpse, the two mbers of the Slave Trade Guild could not help but shudder.

"We are dood," one of them muttered, his face drained of color as he already understood what was waiting for them.

But to their shock, Thoren turned and departed as if he had forgotten them.

The two n looked at each other, wondering what was going on.

For a brief mont, hope appeared in their eyes.

Perhaps the young man had really spared them.

Perhaps he believed the information was enough.

Perhaps, after everything, they could still survive this nightmare.

Thud! Thud!

Before they could thank their luck, heavy footsteps ca from their backs.

Turning their heads, they saw a figure draped in black, holding a massive hamr still covered in fresh blood.

Ahhh! Ahhh!

The two n could only let out miserable screams before a massive force slamd into their heads.

Their skulls shattered into fresh fragnts, and their brains exploded like waterlons.

Brutal and rciless.

With the death of the last two humans, the Sandroach village was deathly quiet.

The earlier screams vanished completely, leaving behind only the sound of wind dragging sand across broken bodies.

Bodies and equipnt were slowly being devoured by the Bleeding Desert as if it had been served a sumptuous al.

The crimson sand crawled over shattered limbs, cracked armor, broken claws, scattered weapons, and blood soaked robes.

Soon, the evidence of slaughter would sink beneath the desert, swallowed by the sa land that had witnessed the carnage.

Outside the Sandroach village, Thoren did not have any change in his expression.

This was the fourth village he had destroyed after he left Mantis Town.

At the beginning, he only wanted to confirm the intel from Celene and her party.

But when he realized he could use this chance to clear the Slave Trade Guild and their hideouts, his decision changed imdiately.

He moved at once.

Now that everyone was focusing on Mantis Town, he would be a fool to miss such a golden opportunity.

The attention of the surrounding factions was drawn toward Black Water. Their greed was fixed on Mantis Town.

Their scouts, spies, and hidden forces were circling the Crimson Arc Guild, waiting for an opening.

To Thoren, this was the best mont to strike.

The Slave Trade Guild had tried to search for him.

They had placed bounties, sent people as their hidden claws. Since they wanted to drag him into their web, then he would tear the web apart from the inside.

He turned his head and looked in the direction of Sandroach Town.

The town was much larger than the small village behind him.

For Thoren, the size of the enemy only changed the number of undead he needed to summon.

"Sandroach Town. Here I co," he muttered and summoned his mount while keeping his undead servants in his undead space.

Whoosh!

A massive undead Greater Dune Scorpion appeared beneath the crimson blood moons. Thoren stepped onto its back without hesitation and departed
