"Holy shit!!!"

’Wait, let get this straight...’

’Right now, I need to comprehend the two skills, "Natural Perception" and "Natural Communication."’

’"Natural Perception" is about perceiving nature and understanding its changes.’

’"Natural Communication" is about communicating with nature, achieving dialogue with the plants, animals... and so on within it.’

’The World Tree is a miracle of the Natural Realm, the ultimate embodint of nature. Wherever it is, it represents nature itself.’

’In other words, being able to perceive the World Tree and communicate with it is the sa as "Natural Perception" and "Natural Communication."’

’How could that not be simple??’

Following the sa feeling he had when communicating with the Lord’s Heart in the past, Lin Yu began to communicate with the World Tree.

However, he had previously used his authority as a Lord to communicate. Now, he was quieting his mind to connect with his heart.

Vaguely, Lin Yu sensed a faint point of light from within the World Tree. The light exuded an incredibly intimate and familiar feeling.

He followed the feeling, delving toward that point of light. The mont he touched it, a realization dawned in Lin Yu’s mind.

It was a Soul Fragnt he had scattered into the Level 2 Lord’s Heart as a Level 2 Lord. It was precisely because of this Soul Fragnt that he could communicate with the Lord’s Heart and manage his domain through it.

Through this single Soul Fragnt, Lin Yu directly embodied the World Tree.

At that mont, why would Lin Yu still need to perceive or communicate with nature? He had beco nature itself.

He felt that with a re thought, he could summon wind and rain, unleashing terrifying disasters.

Lin Yu tried it out, just a little. Mmm, just a little.

A strong gust of wind appeared out of thin air. Several monkeys swinging through the forest were caught off guard and blown down from the trees.

Luckily, a few passing elves cast so Magic and saved them.

Lin Yu didn’t notice any of this. The mont he summoned the strong wind, he had already separated from his rged state with the World Tree.

"How did it go? Did you comprehend the skills?"

Renado’s voice reached his ears, sounding sowhat hollow, as if coming from a great distance.

"Hold on, let see~~"

Lin Yu shook his head and struggled to stand, only to feel dizzy and lightheaded.

With quick reflexes, Renado caught Lin Yu. A light flashed in his hand, and he imdiately frowned. "What did you do? How is your Spiritual Power almost completely depleted?"

"It’s nothing, nothing. I just tried a little sothing. See? I’m fine!"

"What do you an, ’fine’? If you completely exhaust your Spiritual Power, you can damage your soul."

Renado scolded him with a serious expression, but a soft glow began to emanate from his hand as he guided a beam of white light onto Lin Yu.

"Whew~~ So comfortable~"

A few minutes later, Lin Yu’s mind returned to normal, and the dizziness was gone.

Reinvigorated, he said, "Renado, what kind of Magic was that? It works great!"

"Don’t get sidetracked. You can’t learn that Magic right now. Hurry up and see if you comprehended your skills. Don’t tell you ssed around for half the day and didn’t even learn the skills," Renado said, giving him an annoyed look.

"Alright, I’ll take a look!"

With that, Lin Yu summoned his information panel.

"Mm, success!" Lin Yu said with a deadpan expression, though the corners of his mouth twitched uncontrollably.

"Which one? ’Natural Perception’? Or ’Natural Communication’? Or did you comprehend both?"

"Uh... neither."

"I comprehended ’Natural Resonance’ and ’Natural Obscurity’," Lin Yu said, his expression still unchanging. He chose not to ntion the third skill.

"Huh?"

Renado leaned his head back slightly, his eyes wide, completely dumbstruck.

"Ah, hahahaha~"

"Stunned, aren’t you? Am I aweso or what?"

Lin Yu couldn’t hold it in anymore, placing his hands on his hips and laughing heartily.

Startled by Lin Yu’s laughter, Renado also ca back to his senses.

He nodded and said in admiration, "Indeed, very impressive! As far as I know, this is the first ti anyone has directly comprehended ’Natural Obscurity’."

"With this skill, you will be much safer on future expeditions outside the domain, My Lord."

"Hahaha, it was nothing special, just a routine operation!"

"Oh, right, I won’t be coming to the Jade Sanctuary tomorrow. I plan to check out the wilderness and look for a Recruitnt Office. If I can find a few of legendary quality, I can expand our domain’s troop types."

"Then this old man will congratulate you in advance, My Lord. May you be victorious in your first endeavor and return laden with spoils!" Renado said, giving a respectful bow.

"Thank you! I’ll hold you to those auspicious words!"

Bidding farewell to Renado, Lin Yu headed toward his Lord’s Mansion.

Along the way, he continuously used his newly acquired abilities.

Natural Resonance made him feel like a fish in water within the dense forest. Through the surrounding vegetation, he could easily perceive everything in all directions.

Natural Obscurity allowed his aura to blend perfectly with the environnt. The surrounding flowers, grass, and trees would even intentionally or unintentionally provide cover, helping him hide his figure.

He even hid in the bushes to play a few pranks on the pixies flitting among the flowers. Huffing angrily, they flew all over looking for him for a long ti but couldn’t find him.

’Fun!’

Lin Yu had a great ti playing around on his way. Just as he was passing the Wisdom Library and hiding behind a large tree, preparing to prank the elves getting off work...

A voice sounded from behind him.

"My Lord, what are you doing? Is sothing fun happening?"

Lin Yu jumped in fright and quickly turned around. He found Chenxi standing behind him, curiously sizing him up before peeking around the other side of the tree.

"Ahem, no, nothing. I was just coming back from the Jade Sanctuary, passed by, and decided to take a rest here."

Lin Yu said with a straight face.

"Hee hee!" Seeing Lin Yu’s solemn expression, Chenxi couldn’t help but cover her mouth and giggle.

The Jade Sanctuary was to the west of the World Tree, while the Wisdom Library was to the south. It wasn’t exactly easy to pass the Wisdom Library on the way back from the Jade Sanctuary.

’My Lord must have co specifically to pick up! Hee hee!’ Chenxi thought happily.

"My Lord, let’s head back to the Lord’s Mansion. It’s getting late, and I can make dinner at your place!"

After speaking, Chenxi happily linked her arm with Lin Yu’s and pulled him in the direction of the World Tree.

"But... Alright, let’s go!"

Lin Yu had been about to say he wanted to test his skills, but after a mont’s hesitation, he ended up walking shoulder to shoulder with Chenxi.
