In terms of Divine Combat Power, the Dragon Clan, bridging the gap between Divine Beasts and Gods, can still gain the upper hand. Most crucially, the Dragon Clan has a strong sense of identity within the group.
Even upon reaching Divine Level, they voluntarily gather together, forming a clan.
This Law is universal and not just within the All Heavens Hunting Ground.
