The fight was over, but the harvest had just begun. The promise of Sky Crystals from Titan’s corpses had hardened Aegis’s will into an unyielding resolve. Slaying the Earth Titans was no longer just survival; it was his path to ascension.

Aegis strode over the ravaged earth, his focus imdiately shifting from combat to collection. He knelt by a substantial pool of the Titan’s spilled blood and carefully scooped a handful of this viscous green liquid into his palm.

It was thick, almost gelatinous, and pulsed with a faint, unnatural warmth. He wasn’t rely observing; he was performing a quick, intuitive analysis, seeking the signature of Higher Grade Genes.

The mont his internal senses affird the blood’s enriched potency, a primal satisfaction washed over him. He swiftly called out,"Pyro!"

The call was instantly answered. Pyro, a miniature volcano of bubbling, elental fire, bounced into the scene. It navigated the slick, gore-soaked ground with cheerful, disproportionate steps, the sound of its movent a series of excited, boink boink squishes against the bloody mud. Its two cute marble eyes swiveled with excitent.

Aegis extended the hand holding the vibrant green sample. "Activate!" he commanded softly.

In a flash of light and energy, the synthesis process began.

The Fire Sli, Pyro, and the pool of gene-rich blood beneath them seed to warp space. After that, a shimring, vibrant Blue Globe of pure genesis energy spontaneously ford in the air around them.

The fusion was imdiate and alarmingly intense.

The viscous blood, brimming with the Earth Titan’s essence, was suctioned into the globe at a crazy rate. It wasn’t dripping or flowing; it was being pulled in a torrent, like a glutton emptying the battlefield of gore.

Aegis noted the abnormal speed and ca to conclusion: this was synthesis reacting to genes of truly exceptional quality.

Recognizing the imnse potential, Aegis wasted no ti. With his other hand, he began pushing the heavy, rocky limbs and shattered chunks of the Titan’s remains toward the expanding synthesis globe. They vanished instantly upon touching the blue energy field.

As the Synthesis continued, sothing was unsettlingly absent: the standard scream of struggle or resistance of Fusion of GENES.

Instead, Aegis felt a different sensation entirely; a growing, deep, and almost physical hunger emanating from the sphere. It demanded more, and more.

Little by little, piece by massive piece, the entire mangled Corpse of the Earth Titan was systematically fed into the rapidly swirling, intensely bright Blue Globe, vanishing without a trace, leaving the ground suddenly empty where a colossus had once fallen.

After what felt like an endless wait, a system notification finally flashed before Aegis’s eyes.

[ Synthesis Complete: Fire Sli (D) → Titan Sli (A) ]

[ Power Rank: Marquis (6) ]

[ Abilities: Fire Manipulation, Titan Sli Transformation ]

[ Titan Sli Transformation: Pyro can transform into a Sli Titan in both Fire and Earth forms. Maximum size can reach up to 200 ters, depending on current Power Rank. ]

Aegis stared at the screen for a long mont.

Then he slowly looked down at the round, harmless-looking sli wobbling at his feet.

Pyro, looking exactly the sa cute creature as before, bounced happily in place.

Aegis rubbed his temples.

"So this little guy goes from being kicked around to becoming a two-hundred-ter disaster?"

Pyro let out an excited boink.

Aegis sighed deeply, then muttered with a mix of disbelief and amusent,

"Great. I don’t even need to terrorize my enemies anymore. You’ll do it for ."

Pyro puffed up his chest proudly, or at least tried to.

Aegis shook his head at his antiques, then looked at the darkened sky.

Night was deepening.

Aegis decided to rest.

With that intention in mind, after traveling a little farther, he found a small cave beside a waterfall for sleeping.

The cave was modest, covered with vines and moss, but it was spacious enough for two to sleep comfortably.

Without caring much about appearances, he lay down on the moss-covered ground.

Instantly, the refreshing coolness of Mother Earth spread through his body, lulling him into a serene and peaceful rest.

But he did not fall completely asleep.

Pyro, on the other hand, remained energetic even after the arduous day.

The sli snuggled close to Aegis’s face and began cuddling him, providing gentle warmth from its core.

Night grew even deeper.

It was past midnight.

At that exact mont, a low tremor rippled beneath them like a sudden earthquake. It repeated again and again, rhythmic, as if two powerful forces were colliding.

Aegis’s eyes snapped open instantly.

These tremors were not natural.

He also sensed powerful energy signatures in the air.

"Pyro, wake up!"

He lightly slapped the squishy sli.

Boink.

Pyro shot straight up and slamd into the cave ceiling in panic.

When it dropped back down, it stared at Aegis with a wounded expression.

"Drama king," Aegis said as he stood up. "I didn’t even hit you hard. That’s your own karma."

He slowly walked out of the cave entrance.

"Now follow ."

"Boink." Pyro hurried after him, then jumped onto Aegis’s shoulder, settling into the most comfortable spot it could find.

As they moved forward, a wave of icy air slamd into them.

The temperature plumted instantly.

The very air turned frosty, freezing moisture mid-flight.

Beneath their feet, a layer of snow had already blanketed the ground.

Whatever was ahead possessed terrifying ice affinity, enough to reshape the landscape overnight.

After travelling for half an hour, Aegis saw the source.

Several life-like gigantic knights ford entirely of ice stood in formation.

Behind them lood a silver dragon.

And at their center stood a young woman with radiant white hair, pure as freshly fallen snow.

Her eyes were cold, sharp as frost.

Divine energy radiated visibly from her body as she faced several powerful naked n, the pressure alone bending the air around her.

Aegis narrowed his eyes.

"Bella?"

He recognized her instantly, but he didn’t seem so happy to et her.

"What’s she doing here?" he said flatly. "And who is that woman?"
