Chapter 604: 601, [Emperor Blood Slays the Sky] Guild Elite Group 3 (lower)_1
The BOSS is already dead.
Under normal circumstances, the most exciting part now would be the “loot distribution” process.
Given that [Cyclone Peak] is one of the top-difficulty team instances, the equipnt it drops is naturally top-notch and any player who gets it would significantly benefit.
But today is different.
At the mont the BOSS fell, nobody looked at it, instead, everybody turned to the ga’s backend synchronously. So checked the “remaining ga ti”, others viewed the “ga log”.
[An Zhitianlan] glanced at the remaining ga ti and exclaid, “Oh my god, I still have 68 hours and 23 minutes of ga ti! The ti flow really is twelve tis faster!”
[Baker], who was checking the ga log, was also surprised, “The experience points given by the 4th BOSS is 36,000. We initially expected the BOSS experience would be 100,000.”
[An Zhitianlan], after hearing his words, also imdiately checked the system log, and nodded after inspecting it, “I also got 36,000. It seems everyone got the sa.”
“Isn’t that normal?” Soone in the group queried, “Boss Ke once ntioned that after the reversal of ti flow, the acquired experience points will decline. The ti flow is now twelve tis the original, and I thought that the experience would also decrease to one-twelfth of the original. Looking at it now, it seems to be only a third of the original. This is already very good!”
“Yes, exactly! It’s actually one-third!” Obtaining only a third of the original amount excited the whole team.
The reduction in gained experience points was not significant. If they continued training as before, using every minute and second to level up, the experience points they would gain every day would be quadruple the original amount, right?
Of course, the total amount might not be that much. After all, not everyone can incessantly kill monsters for 144 hours in such a dry manner. Furthermore, after the third order, the number of monsters refreshed drastically decreases and is not enough to support their round-the-clock leveling up.
But on the whole, the reversal of ti flow is still a good thing!
…
Just as everyone was enthusiastically discussing about the reversal of ti flow and the acquisition of experience points, [Baker] suddenly raised his right hand.
“Baker, what’s wrong?” Everyone looked at him.
[Baker], scanning the crowd, gave a mysterious smile, “We’ve been gaming for three hours, don’t you all want to know how much ti has passed in reality?”
The crowd was stunned.
Baker continued, “We gad for three hours, and the rate of ti flow is twelve tis, which ans only 15 minutes have passed in reality! Don’t you want to experience this unusual ti dislocation?”
“!!!” The enthusiasm of the team mbers was imdiately roused.
Exactly!
They had been gaming for three hours, while only a short while had passed in the real world. Who wouldn’t want to experience this strange feeling?
Team leader [An Zhitianlan] clapped his hands and laughed, “Alright, let’s all log out and have a feel. Let’s et back here in the ga in 5 minutes of real-world ti and continue to push the BOSS.”
As soon as he finished speaking.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!
The dungeon was empty, almost all the mbers of the Elite Team disappeared in an instant.
Soon, only [An Zhitianlan] and [Baker] were left in the dungeon.
[An Zhitianlan] smiled at [Baker], [Baker] also smiled back at him. Both of them remained in the ga.
After a stalemate of over ten seconds, [An Zhitianlan] spoke sowhat rigidly, “Baker, didn’t you propose to log out and check the ti? Why aren’t you logging out?”
“Why aren’t you logging out?” Baker countered.
“I didn’t ntion wanting to log out, I prefer staying in the ga.”
“Really?”
[Baker] walked over to the dead BOSS and lightly kicked its corpse, “I guess you want to stay and take the BOSS’s loot for yourself, right? The loot from the BOSS disappears if not picked up within 30 minutes, and everyone else would return after an hour, so you could take all the loot now, log out, and upon logging back in simply say that we forgot to collect the loot and it disappeared.”
“Am I correct, team leader?”
“How could it be?” [An Zhitianlan] solemnly denied, “Would I do that? I’ve always cared about the developnt of every mber of the Elite Team…”
“In it, there’s a staff of epic quality that enhances healing! It’s exactly the type of staff that you use!” [Baker] perused the BOSS’s drop list and said simultaneously.
[An Zhitianlan]: “…”
[Baker]: “How about this, we split the loot 50-50, and not a word to anyone else?”
[An Zhitianlan]: “Alright… let’s do as you say.”
The two reached an agreent, divided the six pieces of equipnt dropped by the BOSS equally based on their value, and then quickly logged out.
…
One hour later in ga ti, the players from the Elite Team returned to the ga.
Just as they logged in, they began excitedly discussing, “Really! Only a little over 16 minutes passed in reality!”
“It’s simply unbelievable!”
“It seems that we can stay in the ga for a long ti from now on!”
“This saves a lot of ti for pushing BOSSes! We can finish this dungeon in the real world within half a day, previously it would have taken us at least 4 days.”
“Yes! Our plan for today was to push 4th and 5th BOSS the entire day. When we complete today’s plan, it probably wouldn’t even be one o’clock in the afternoon in the real world! We still have loads of ti left!”
The Elite Team continued to discuss excitingly.
After a while, [Baker] and [An Zhitianlan] also returned to the ga, blending back into the discussion smoothly.
After more than ten minutes of discussion, [An Zhitianlan] saw that most mbers had returned, so he clapped his hands and said:
“Let’s get back to work everyone! We’ll discuss while we deal with the small monsters before the 5th BOSS. After we get past the BOSS, you can do whatever you want with the remaining 60 hours! We’ll continue dealing with the remaining three BOSSes in the dungeon tomorrow.”
“Hooray!”
The dungeon was filled with cheering.
They originally planned to use the entire day to tackle the BOSS, but now they still had 60 hours left. They could use this ti to do what they wanted, like completing tasks, running trades to earn money, increasing faction reputation, or even sightseeing!
The benefits of the reversal of ti flow were fully manifested!
The team mbers enthusiastically moved towards the passage at the back of the dungeon.
But midway, a few players suddenly stopped and simultaneously said to their companions around them:
“Wait! It seems that we didn’t pick up the loot from the previous BOSS!”
“Right, we really didn’t.”
“Oh no, then where’s the BOSS now?”
Everyone blankly looked at the empty ground.
[An Zhitianlan] slapped his forehead and exclaid, “Damn! We forgot to pick up the gear! And the gear will disappear if not picked up within half an hour.”
A player imdiately dejectedly said, “Then it’s over! We were offline for five minutes, which ans an hour has passed in the ga, the gear is completely gone.”
“I’m dizzy! Talk about being hoisted by our own petard!”
“We should have picked up the gear before logging out.”
The dungeon was filled with cries.
But now it was already too late for regrets.
Everyone could only leave this area with regret and continue to push the upcoming BOSS.
Only [An Zhitianlan] and [Baker] looked at each other and smiled, their eyes filled with smug satisfaction.
