Chapter 1599: 1487, Grela-13
Leaving the Intelligent City from earlier, Su Yu flew eastward across the planet.
The east was a vast ocean.
There were no large structures on the ocean’s surface, only scattered small buildings.
As the ocean’s depth gradually increased, even those small buildings disappeared, leaving only an endless expanse of water.
“Holy Song,” Su Yu asked while flying, “since the Holy Silver Star System and the Triangulum Star System are so close, has the Holy Silver Federation ever waged war against the Crystal Blue Community?
For example, have you ever thought about expelling the Crystal Blue’s Intelligent Machines from the Triangulum Star System?”
“Of course, we’ve not only considered it, but we’ve already tried it,” Holy Song replied. “Over a hundred million years ago, we Holy Silver engaged in a war against the Crystal Blue Intelligences. But the war was brief—it lasted only a re ten thousand years.”
“Oh? And then what?” Su Yu inquired.
“We lost,” Holy Song admitted openly. “Back then, we weren’t a match for Crystal Blue. After probing their capabilities and realizing we couldn’t win, we gave up on the Triangulum Star System, shifted our focus toward the Milky Way, and eventually established the territory you see today.”
“So you’re saying…” Su Yu reflected, “that if Crystal Blue hadn’t already occupied the Triangulum Star System, the Milky Way likely wouldn’t have been conquered by the Holy Silver Federation?”
“That’s correct,” Holy Song confird. “In that tiline, the one ruling the Milky Way would still be that fragnted indigenous federation—the Krensh Galaxy Federation.
But it’s only a matter of ti. Eventually, the Milky Way was destined to be ruled by us Holy Silver.”
“True,” Su Yu agreed.
Although the Holy Silver Federation had “federation” in its na, fundantally it was no different from an empire. It would be more accurate to call it the “Holy Silver Empire,” with Holy Song as its Emperor.
The Milky Way had previously been just a disorganized indigenous federation, fighting their own battles and scattered like grains of sand. In terms of organization, resources, or combat power, they couldn’t compare to the Holy Silver at all and were bound to be swallowed up sooner or later.
At this mont, the Cat Morning Star on Su Yu’s shoulder asked, “Holy Song, does the Crystal Blue Community have any other colonized star systems in this galaxy cluster apart from the Triangulum Star System?”
Su Yu’s attention was drawn to the question.
Indeed, are other star systems also being colonized? After all, this galaxy cluster contains a total of 54 star systems.
“No, just this one,” Holy Song replied. “Cross-galaxy-cluster colonization is incredibly difficult to maintain; Crystal Blue struggles to sustain even this single colonized star system, let alone occupy several.
Currently, this is the only colonized star system in the galaxy cluster; the others are occupied by indigenous forces.”
“That’s good.” Cat Morning Star breathed a sigh of relief.
It seed their enemies within the galaxy cluster were not nurous.
The indigenous forces were certainly no match for the Holy Silver Federation; the only credible threat was the “extraterrestrial invader”—the Crystal Blue Community.
“So what should we do next?” Su Yu asked. “Now that we’ve talked about the big picture, let’s return to reality. What should we focus on at this mont?”
As Su Yu conversed with Holy Song, he had already flown deep into the ocean.
“Our goal this ti is to locate the core data. Holy Song, have you sensed where the core data is? Has it been transported elsewhere from here?”
“…” Holy Song didn’t answer imdiately.
After about five seconds of silence, she said, “I have good news and bad news—
The good news is that I can sense the core data is on this planet. The bad news is that I can’t sense where it is.”
“Hmm?” Su Yu was startled. “Even with your abilities, you can’t pinpoint it?”
Cat Morning Star was equally shocked. “That doesn’t make sense! The strongest individual on this planet is only a Planet-level Third Rank, isn’t it?”
Earlier, she and Su Yu had reviewed the information. The planet they were on was called “Grela-13,” a dium-sized colonized planet.
Its population wasn’t large, but it served as an important transportation hub, with two Planet-level individuals stationed there: one at Planet-level First Rank and one at Planet-level Third Rank.
Planet-level strength was considered top-tier among Intelligent Machines but insignificant to Holy Song.
How could soone of her power fail to detect the core data?
“Yes, I truly can’t pinpoint it,” Holy Song admitted frankly. “Crystal Blue Intelligences must have used a thod to block my perception. I’ll need so ti to slowly probe the data’s location.
Su Yu, Morning Star, in the anti, you’re free to explore the planet as you wish while I work on this.”
“Alright,” Su Yu agreed.
But sothing occurred to him, prompting him to ask, “Holy Song, should I head to the location of the Planet-level Third-stage Intelligent chanism? If there’s any spot on this planet where the core data might be hidden, that’s the most likely place.”
Cat Morning Star’s eyes lit up with excitent. “Right, right! That has to be the place!”
Holy Song, however, disagreed. “It’s better not to act rashly for now—that might be a trap. At the very least, we shouldn’t go there until we’re sure it isn’t a trap. For now, just enjoy your freedom.”
“Alright then,” Su Yu and Morning Star reluctantly agreed.
