“It’s because I want to preserve my strength,” Mona said, turning to face Su Yu decisively. “Drac’s invasion will likely occur sooner rather than later, and none of us can predict exactly when it will happen.
At tis like these, not participating in war and not depleting one’s own power are the best ways to increase the chances of survival in the future.
If I follow through with this agreent, I can justifiably stay out of the war.
