Four Iron Ingot resource cards, two experience cards, just wait for the slting of 200 ordinary Iron Ingots, and I can directly upgrade to a Level 3 Lord’s Mansion.

After upgrading to Level 2 territory, all the previously constructed buildings can be elevated one level higher.
Although these buildings won’t manifest any new functions, their existing functions will be enhanced.
For example, the barracks, which initially could only accommodate 10 units at a ti for training, can now train 20 units simultaneously after upgrading.
However, what satisfied Lord Zi the most were the upgrades for the warehouse and the trading market.
The forr doubled its capacity, while the latter gained two more trading slots.
More trading slots ant that I didn’t have to wait for the refresh at midnight to send various resources to Xiao Yurou.
So, after reserving enough resources to upgrade to a Level 3 Lord’s Mansion, Lord Zi packed up all the remaining resources and marked them for a [Heart of the Lord].
He then imdiately sent a ssage to Xiao Yurou.
Within just a few seconds, the packaged resources were purchased.
Shen Yurou: Resources received, haha, can imdiately proceed with the Level 2 Lord’s Mansion upgrade.
One minute later...
Shen Yurou: I’m the second Lord to succeed in the upgrade, it looks like Li Yuan, you are the first, the rewards from the Sea of Realms are so little, 50 Spirit Crystals, 5 prestige points, a common treasure chest.

The resources set aside for the upgrade were swept away, leaving only so freshly gathered remnants.
As the 30-second countdown ca to an end, a gentle golden light blood in the darkness of the night.
Within the golden light, the Lord’s Mansion, which had only recently beco a wooden house, changed once again.
The wooden house transford gradually into stone and expanded its area.
In a matter of seconds, as the golden light faded, the stone house solidified, and a small courtyard with two rooms and a living hall appeared before Zi Liyuan’s eyes.

Three new buildings added: the fence is the precursor to fortress walls with almost negligible defense capabilities.
The Household Workshop, as the na suggests, is obvious.
The Mysterious Shop, however, is a treasure, stocking items like gems, equipnt, supplies, troop types, and more—all based on luck, refreshing every three days and presenting three items each ti.
Items can be exchanged using resources or Spirit Crystals.

Looking at the Lord’s panel, Zi Liyuan was quite satisfied. Energy and the experience pool were accumulating; both would beco increasingly significant later in the ga, hence the need for a substantial early accumulation.
Especially the experience pool, which later on would be needed to level up high-tier enforcers summoned from the Sea of Realms.
"I already have 101 Level 40 Skeleton Warriors, that should be enough for now, no need to waste experience points."
There’s a good amount of ore that’s been hauled back, once all slted, another upgrade for the Lord’s Mansion should be no problem.
However, for Level 5, if nothing else, Fine Copper Ingots will be required, and the current ten are clearly not enough.
Those were exploded from the Iron Elentals’ boss, just hoping the Gnolls would be more effective.
Considering the deal with the Gnolls, the food resources are certainly going to be less, so I’ll need to go hunting a large number of beasts or monsters other than elental beings.
Then there’s the newly erged Household Workshop that must be established and assigned to White Jade Skeletons for production.
Things for daily use, like pots and pans, tables and chairs, beds and clothes...
