After entering the ga interface, Lince first used the bird’s-eye view to check the situation around the entire Baron’s Mansion.

According to the in-ga ti, only sixty-one days had passed since the war in the simulation.

In two months, the houses and facilities in the settlent near the Baron’s Mansion that needed repairs had long been fixed.

At the sa ti, the rchant guild workers, miners, and others who had originally evacuated had gathered here once more.

Including York’s own peasant slaves and subjects, the entire Swamp Territory now clearly had a transient population exceeding three thousand.

So, compared to when Lince played yesterday, the Swamp Territory settlent could now be considered a proper town.

One day in reality was one year in the ga. The change was actually quite significant.

After carefully observing the town that was, in effect, his own from various distances and altitudes, Lince was quite satisfied with the Swamp Territory’s current situation.

He was even more pleased with the Growth Level feedback from York reaching Tier Two, but he wasn’t in a hurry to claim it just yet.

Lince then switched his view over to York.

When Lince saw that York was training the Knight’s Squires, he watched for a mont before losing interest and switching his perspective back to the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard.

At the sa ti, Lince imdiately checked the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard’s data panel.

[Role: Rock Dragon Giant Lizard] (Clan Totem, Clan Sacred Beast)

[Tier: Tier Three]

[Size: Approx. 8.6 ters]

[Bloodline: Omitted]

[Growth Level: 25%]

[...]

’This...’

’In three hundred days, after devouring a Tier Two Demon Core, its Growth Level only increased by seven percent.’

’I have to say, a Demon Beast is a Demon Beast for a reason.’

’At this rate of growth, advancing a single tier through normal ans would probably be asured in decades.’

’And this is just at a Low Tier.’

’At Middle and High Tiers, the growth speed would probably be slower than a turtle’s crawl.’

’It’s questionable if one could even reach the peak in several hundred or a thousand years.’

’So, while Demon Beasts may not seem to have the sa bloodline bottlenecks as the Human Race, their growth is just far, far too slow.’

’No wonder they can’t even snatch a single fertile plain from human hands.’

But it was fine that Demon Beast growth was slow.

After all, as a Player, the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard he was role-playing could grow quickly through unconventional ans.

Just like the reward this ti.

So, as soon as Lince switched his view to the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard, he imdiately started controlling his character with the mouse and keyboard.

First, Lince made the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard surge upward from the muddy bottom of the swamp.

Soon, the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard’s head broke the surface of the murky swamp.

The Rock Dragon Giant Lizard’s appearance didn’t cause much of a stir, but it did startle the Tier Two Forest Wolf patrolling the swamp’s edge.

’Hm?’

’Did the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard station this big wolf nearby? To guard itself?’

Lince saw the Forest Wolf.

At that mont, the Forest Wolf also saw the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard.

Even though they were hundreds of ters apart, after a mont of shock, the creature’s eyes quickly revealed a hint of fawning excitent as it started running rapidly toward the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard.

It paid no mind to the murky, filthy swamp water.

[Contracted Magic Pet]

Race: Forest Wolf

Body Type: 3.2 ters long.

Lifespan: 82

Strength: Tier Two

Growth Level: 13%

Potential: ★★

Bloodline: Forest Demon Wolf (Middle Tier Bloodline, only the subordinate Low Tier Bloodline is activated.)

Attribute Affinity: Wood

Skills: 1. Rapid Recovery; 2. Environntal Mimicry; 3. Vine Entanglent.

(Note: 1. When the Player completes the current day’s ga session, this Magic Pet can also generate a servant-type Magic Pet Card that can be brought out.)

(2. The Player’s current role is Tier Three and can only contract three servants. The current contract slots are full. Please have the Player increase their role’s strength as soon as possible.)

Watching the Forest Wolf dash over on the computer screen, Lince moved the mouse and clicked, and a familiar data panel imdiately appeared.

’It can beco a Magic Pet Card and be brought back to reality, too?’

’I guess that makes sense. Not bad.’

However, when Lince saw the note that the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard’s contract servant slots were full, he was montarily taken aback.

’One contract slot per tier?’

’In that case, I’ll have to be very strict in selecting candidates for Blood Contract Servants from now on.’

’Luckily, it was fine this ti, because the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard was about to reach Tier Four.’

’That would open up another contract slot.’

’That more or less solved the predicant of the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard not having any slots for future contract servants.’

The Forest Wolf had already sidled up to the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard.

The creature imdiately dropped to its belly, whining softly at the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard as if begging for sothing.

Lince was confused. The next mont, a subtitle prompt appeared on the computer screen.

[Simple Scene-Based Quest Triggered]

[The Forest Wolf longs to return to its territory. It wants to see its mate and cubs that survived the battle. It worries that in its absence, its territory will be occupied by other Low Tier Magical Beasts that occasionally descend from the Demon Beast Mountain Range.]

[Please make a choice for this scene, Player.]

[1. Release the Forest Wolf. Have it guard its own territory well as a reserve for the Swamp Territory’s future expansion. Also, command it to pacify its pack and have them accept Blood Covenants from the humans of the Swamp Territory with little to no hostility.]

[2. Allow the Forest Wolf to temporarily return to its territory. Have it bring the surviving mbers of its pack to the Swamp Territory as soon as possible to serve as guards for the Rock Dragon Giant Lizard.]

This ti, only two choices appeared.

Moreover, Lince knew which one to choose at a glance, without even needing to think about it carefully.

So, without a doubt, Lince chose option one.

Before making the choice, Lince had even prepared to smash his face on the keyboard, so he had taken out a pillow and placed it on the keyboard in advance.

But in the end, nothing happened.

’Huh? After the version update, do these so-called "simple scene-based quests" no longer require direct player imrsion?’

Watching the Forest Wolf joyfully start heading back to its territory on the screen, Lince was stunned for a good while.
