"What’s this Efficient Training thod?"

The shopkeeper listened with so interest.

Su Yan smiled and said, "Since you were the one who brought into the Demon Plant Clan, to thank you, I should certainly give you a big token of my gratitude. So, I will share my set of Efficient Training thods with you for free."

Upon hearing this, the shopkeeper’s face showed a touch of emotion. "Is there such a good thing?"

Su Yan nodded. "There is."

The shopkeeper, sowhat excited, then said, "Then I won’t be polite. If there’s anything you need my help with in the future, just ask."

"There’s no need for that."

Having said that, Su Yan continued, "First, could you please bring two cases of bottled water?"

The shopkeeper did as requested and quickly brought over two cases of bottled water. Then he asked Su Yan, "I’ve brought the two cases of water. What next?"

Su Yan said, "Use one case of bottled water as a weighted object on your back, then do high-intensity push-ups, sit-ups, and squats."

The shopkeeper felt it was a bit absurd and couldn’t help but ask, "Is it really that simple?"

"Yes, just that simple."

Having said this, Su Yan bent down in front of the shopkeeper. Next, he picked up an entire case of bottled water, lifted it over his head, and placed it on his back. He then rapidly perford push-ups, sit-ups, and squats one after another.

While doing high-intensity exercises, Su Yan explained to the shopkeeper, "This is the exercise thod. As long as you train until you’re completely exhausted every ti... until your arms can’t lift and your legs can’t move, then you are successful."

"Can this really work?" The shopkeeper still felt sowhat incredulous. "I always think this is a bit unbelievable."

Su Yan didn’t explain further but simply said to the shopkeeper, "Practice is the sole criterion for truth. Try it with and you’ll know."

Seeing this, the shopkeeper, also with a try-it-and-see attitude, began to exercise following Su Yan.

And so, just like that, in the dimly lit shop, both of them began high-intensity weighted exercises on the spot.

As for Su Yan, since he had recently been training intensely using this thod, he was quite adept at it. anwhile, his HP value kept soaring: HP 1 1 1...

On the other hand, the shopkeeper, now a Rare creature, had long since stopped relying on such training thods to evolve because the efficiency was just too low. So, after so many years, today was the first ti he engaged in such intense weighted exercises. As a result, he didn’t train for long before his whole body was filled with lactic acid. Arms aching, legs numb, stabbing pains in his abdon, he was completely exhausted.

"I can’t do it anymore! I can’t go on." The shopkeeper stopped exercising, panting heavily and slumped on the ground to rest.

Seeing this, Su Yan also stopped. He then said, "This Efficient Training thod only has a noticeable effect when you train until you’re physically exhausted. You can’t give up halfway."

The shopkeeper replied, "I’m not giving up halfway. I’m already exhausted; it must be effective."

"Are you really completely exhausted?" Su Yan confird with the shopkeeper.

The shopkeeper, while massaging his arms and legs, said, "Really. I can’t lift my arms or move my legs anymore. I’m so tired I can’t even beat Advanced Level Beings."

"No way, that exaggerated? You’re really that tired you can’t even win against Advanced Level Beings?"

"Really. I swear on my life."

"Then... I won’t be polite."

As soon as the words were out, Su Yan swung his fist fiercely towards the shopkeeper’s head. At this mont, the shopkeeper was already completely exhausted and weak. What Su Yan did was purely taking advantage of his weakness, a long-preditated plan.

"Su Yan, you...!"

The shopkeeper never expected Su Yan to suddenly strike him; caught off guard, he took a solid punch.

And right after that, a loud BANG! resounded.

The shopkeeper, who had been slumped on the ground resting just a second ago, was suddenly sent flying by a trendous force. He flew in a parabolic trajectory and crashed heavily onto the shelves in front of him.

Soon after, with a CRASH, the goods on the shelves scattered across the floor. The shopkeeper struggled up from the ground, shoving the rchandise off himself. Although half his face was now hideously disfigured by the punch, throbbing with excruciating pain, he endured it and furiously confronted Su Yan, demanding, "Su Yan, what the hell are you d...."

However, before he could finish his sentence, Su Yan teleported directly in front of him and landed a kick.

Then, another loud THUD! rang out.

The shopkeeper, who had just risen from the floor less than two seconds before, was suddenly kicked by Su Yan and sent flying far away.

Quickly, a THUD! was heard. The shopkeeper slamd heavily into the wall, coughing up a mouthful of fresh blood. And then, sliding down the wall, he lay sprawling at its base, violently coughing blood.

"COUGH, COUGH... COUGH!"

The shopkeeper struggled to stand up, leaning against the wall, coughing blood, and he once again questioned Su Yan, "Su Yan, you...."

Unfortunately, he still didn’t finish speaking before Su Yan teleported over again, delivering a punch with full force to his abdon.

A THUD! resounded.

The shopkeeper, after taking Su Yan’s full-powered punch, doubled over, his eyes bulging. Then he violently spewed out a large mouthful of blood.

"SPURT!"

After that punch from Su Yan, the shopkeeper didn’t just cough up blood; he sprayed it. At this mont, utterly exhausted, he was unable to withstand Su Yan’s continuous, fierce attacks.

"WHOOSH!"

As the whistling sound arose, before the shopkeeper could recover, Su Yan’s fist rcilessly aid at him again. This punch, Su Yan gathered full strength, aiming for a vital spot; it was a punch that would kill or cripple.

Facing such a lethal punch, the strong desire to survive triggered the shopkeeper to unleash his potential. In the instant the fist was about to connect with his neck, his body suddenly shrank, narrowly avoiding Su Yan’s heavy punch. Seizing the opportunity, he quickly darted through Su Yan’s legs. And then he dashed away, running wildly, not daring to look back once.

Su Yan’s attack missed, but he didn’t stand idly by; he imdiately pursued.

At this mont, however, the shopkeeper was already badly injured and couldn’t run fast. Seeing the distance between them steadily closing, he was finally forced to take out a blood-red Red Spider Lily from his clothes in desperation. And then he crushed it forcefully, while screaming at the top of his lungs, "Flower God, save !"

The mont the shopkeeper’s voice dropped, the ground suddenly cracked with nurous fissures, which then imdiately burst open. Following that, countless eerie vines shot out from the cracked earth, growing rapidly at a visible speed. In less than two seconds, the entire shop was filled with vines.

However, the anomaly continued. Accompanied by a faint ripping sound, the surfaces of the sprawling, eerie vines suddenly sprouted many blood-red fleshy buds. Shortly after, a series of grating, tearing sounds echoed continuously. All the fleshy buds on the surface of the vines burst open at the sa ti.

"POP! POP! POP... POP! POP!"

With light popping sounds, the burst fleshy buds on the vines instantly grew into bizarre Blood Flowers. Beautiful yet enchanting, they glowed with a bloody light, faintly illuminating the entire shop.

Yet, the anomaly was not over.

A loud BOOM! was heard.

A giant, crimson Demonic Plant burst forth from a hundred ters below ground.

Blood-light instantly illuminated the entire shop.
