Each of these buildings or facilities possessed powerful functions that made them worthy of an upgrade.
Take, for instance, the Resurrection Altar, which was currently at a Level 5 standard. Should a Level 6 unit fall in battle, it could still be revived, but its strength would regress to Level 5, requiring a considerable amount of ti to recover.
