Again with the Twelve Zodiac, and the Five Elents.
If a native from Crow Ridge Village enters this space, they’d probably cry just getting through the Twelve Zodiac challenge.
As Chen Mo easily completed the Five Elents intergrowth, a teleportation portal appeared once more at the center of the formation.
This ti, after Chen Mo went through the Teleport Portal, he found himself in the familiar array environnt again.
Except now the five points had turned into eight points.
It was obviously the Eight Trigrams.
There are many ways to play with the Eight Trigrams.
Chen Mo didn’t know what the designer of this array wanted him to do at first.
He glanced at the center of the formation, wanting to see if there were any rule hints.
But once again, there was nothing.
"Could it possibly be another sequence? Wouldn’t that be the sa as walking through the Twelve Zodiac before? Would the designer create such a redundant and dumb puzzle?"
Chen Mo found it unlikely.
After all, the Twelve Zodiac was already like blindfolded walking.
If the Eight Trigrams were to be used again, wouldn’t it be like guessing a sequence of eight numbers after guessing twelve?
Clearly impossible.
Although he thought it was impossible, Chen Mo still tried walking through once.
Sure enough, no matter forward or backward, it was ineffective.
Obviously, the previous thought wasn’t right.
Quickly, Chen Mo discovered the problem.
This ti, it indeed wasn’t simply about walking points.
Because he spent quite so ti before noticing that the outermost positions of the array rotated periodically.
And as the outermost positions turned, Chen Mo saw that the stones at these positions continuously changed three lines of long and short bars.
This ant that this ti the puzzle was about matching trigrams and symbolic hexagrams.
That is, Qian for heaven, Kun for earth, Zhen for thunder, Xun for wind, Kan for water, Li for fire, Gen for mountain, Dui for lake.
They correspond to Qian (☰), Kan (☵), Gen (☶), Zhen (☳), Xun (☴), Li (☲), Kun (☷), Dui (☱).
As long as the words and symbols matched, stepping on it should light up the corresponding position.
Indeed, once a hexagram matched, Chen Mo stepped onto it imdiately, and that point lit up instantly.
Realizing he was correct, the next seven positions were a breeze for Chen Mo.
In no ti, he conquered this level.
At this mont, Chen Mo thought of Zhui Yi; no wonder Zhui Yi hadn’t co out for so long, he must have been delayed by these puzzles. It’s not that he couldn’t solve them, he was either passing through, trying to solve puzzles he didn’t know, or finding anomalies before informing him.
Thus he kept on going, never coming out.
"In that case, is Zhui Yi stuck at one stage? Or, like , is he continuously progressing forward?"
As Chen Mo stepped into the Teleport Portal with Evia, new challenges appeared before them, but they still could not grasp what this world wanted to accomplish, nor understand why monsters kept erging from the connected rift to attack the villagers of Crow Ridge Village.
At this mont, Chen Mo faced the challenges with a head full of questions, feeling that the mist was thick before his eyes.
No matter how quickly his brain worked, judgnt required data and information support, otherwise no matter how clever, one could not judge everything from thin air.
Since he couldn’t figure it out, the only option was to continue. Chen Mo composed himself and looked at the new grand formation!
