"Forget it. Seeing their attitude towards you just now, I don’t really like their character," Yan Yingyue said with a smile, her beautiful eyes twinkling.
The warm smile on her delicate face was like a gentle spring breeze.
Unlike Shen Bingbing’s aloof beauty, which made her seem unapproachable, Yan Yingyue possessed a gentle, inviting charm.
As they spoke, Chen Mo, using his Pioneer’s insight to perceive everything around him, sensed Shen Bingbing from the nearby four-star dungeon team watching him with a strange expression.
Why does she look a little unhappy? Is it because she wanted a five-star dungeon but didn’t get one? She’s quite ambitious.
Seeing her displeased look, Chen Mo assud she was regretting her dungeon assignnt and didn’t dwell on it.
While they were talking, the numbered tokens for the fourth dungeon had been distributed, and the process was nearly complete.
Quite a few people had approached Yan Yingyue to team up.
However, she rejected most of them.
Finally, a group of five arrived, different from the previous ones.
They imdiately invited both Yan Yingyue and Chen Mo to join them.
The earlier groups had all ignored Chen Mo, clearly looking down on him.
But this group believed that even a Skeleton Mage could be useful. His Skeleton Monster could scout dangerous areas, pull monsters, and so on, providing an extra layer of security for everyone.
Hearing their practical reasoning, Chen Mo couldn’t help but think more highly of them.
Yan Yingyue was actually quite annoyed that others looked down on her schoolmates. So, when the previous teams approached her, although she considered their offers barely feasible, she didn’t really want to join them.
If Chen Mo had agreed, she wouldn’t have minded joining. However, those teams clearly didn’t want Chen Mo, whom they considered a burden.
Only this team, however, truly valued Chen Mo, thinking he could be quite useful.
"Fellow students, the exam is about to start. If it’s just the two of you, it will definitely be difficult to achieve good results in the dungeon. Why not join our group of five?"
"Yeah, with your Skeleton Monster to scout dangers and draw aggro, and this young lady’s healing and Support abilities, we can’t claim to achieve high scores, but maintaining an average performance is certainly possible."
The leading boy, despite his rather plain appearance, had a kind temperant that drew people to him.
Yan Yingyue looked at Chen Mo, seemingly leaving the decision to him.
After all, Yan Yingyue could easily join any team she wished.
Even if a team was already full, they would absolutely not refuse her.
Who would turn down such a powerful lifeline for their team?
She had remained with him primarily to look out for Chen Mo.
"Alright."
Chen Mo nodded.
These people seed much more reliable than the previous ones. Chen Mo planned to mostly act independently after entering the dungeon, as so key missions and bonus objectives were designed for solo players.
Initially, he just planned to stick with them and offer so assistance.
Had it been those previous groups, Chen Mo wouldn’t have even bothered helping them.
But this group seed decent.
Seeing Chen Mo agree, Yan Yingyue also smiled and said, "Then I’ll join too."
"Great! Welco to the team. Let make so introductions," said the boy with badge number 57. "My na is ng Han, from Jinchuan High School, and my class is a four-star Berserker. These two beside are my schoolmates."
Chen Mo glanced at the boy and girl next to ng Han.
The boy wore badge number 46. He was tall and well-built, but for so reason, his mannerisms seed sowhat coy.
The girl with badge number 40 was petite, but her figure was surprisingly well-developed, sowhat at odds with her small fra. Moreover, she looked much younger than her actual age.
Chen Mo couldn’t help but recall a certain phrase: a youthful face and a voluptuous figure!
It seed a very apt description for this girl.
"Number 46 is my childhood friend, Lady Wu. His class is also a Priest, but he’s only a two-star Priest. His Support abilities are much weaker than a five-star’s, so we’re desperately in need of a higher-star Support to join us."
"Lady...Wu?" Chen Mo tried to repeat the na.
He even suspected ng Han might have misread the badge number.
This tall and strapping man is called Lady Wu?
"Yes, the ’Wu’ from ’martial arts,’ and the ’Lady’ part from ’niang,’ which ans mother," ng Han explained with a perfectly straight face.
Chen Mo and Yan Yingyue couldn’t help but exchange a glance, then nodded with peculiar expressions.
Now, observing this tall, strapping man’s coy deanor, they instantly felt the na was an incredibly apt fit.
"Number 40 is our schoolmate, Lin Luoluo. Her class is a three-star Fla Mage. Her burst damage is slightly less than that of a four-star Fla Mage, but there isn’t a huge difference."
"Nice to et you all," Lin Luoluo said. Unlike the introverted and shy Lady Wu, she was quite outgoing and candid.
ng Han then introduced the two people behind him. "These two are companions we just found. Number 68 is a three-star Swordsman Knight, a solid tank.
Number 71 is a three-star Elf Archer, who has good single-target ranged physical damage output."
"It looks like the team composition is quite well-rounded," Chen Mo thought.
After hearing ng Han’s explanation, Chen Mo felt their team was indeed quite good. With such a lineup, he could be more at ease about Yan Yingyue temporarily joining them.
Since Chen Mo and Yan Yingyue were both very conspicuous, they needed no introduction.
One was ranked first in Level, while the other possessed one of the rare five-star classes.
Everyone had taken note of them from the start.
Just as their team finished forming, the distribution of numbered tokens for the fifth dungeon was also completed.
"Alright, students, the numbered tokens have all been distributed. Now, please follow the staff mbers ahead of you to your respective dungeon halls.
Teachers and parents, please remain in the main hall. We have prepared seating and refreshnts. You can all watch the live leaderboard rankings of the students in their dungeons on the large screen."
These numbered tokens weren’t ordinary; they were specially made.
They could effectively synchronize certain information from within the dungeons, allowing the teachers and parents outside to stay inford.
As the announcent concluded, a RUSTLING sound was heard, and a large number of seats suddenly rose from the open space in front of the large screen.
Staff mbers also wheeled out various pastries, fruits, and other snacks—all produced within the dungeons—for everyone to enjoy.
While the teachers and parents were taking their seats, all the students had already been divided into five teams of one hundred and led to their respective five dungeon halls.
