And no matter how much higher the opponent’s basic divine power is compared to his, the maximum Divine Power Chen Mo can absorb is capped at 200% of that base calculated amount.
To give a simple example, imagine Chen Mo’s current basic divine power is 10,000, and he targets soone with 1,000 basic divine power. Normally, by absorbing one percent, Chen Mo would gain 10 points of basic divine power from this target. However, because Chen Mo’s basic divine power is ten tis greater than the opponent’s, the amount he can absorb decreases proportionally. This ans after dividing the 10 points of Divine Power by ten, Chen Mo can only absorb 1 point of Divine Power.
Conversely, if Chen Mo has 1,000 basic divine power and kills soone with 10,000 basic divine power, he would normally absorb 100 points of basic divine power. Because the opponent’s basic divine power is ten tis higher than Chen Mo’s, he would receive a tenfold increase, potentially gaining 1,000 points of basic divine power. However, as ntioned before, the maximum absorbable amount cannot exceed double the initial calculated absorption. Thus, even if Chen Mo kills a target whose basic divine power is ten tis higher than his, he can ultimately only absorb 200 points of their basic divine power.

Although this leaderboard reward is designed to be generous with more gains and fewer penalties, it remains an excellent tool for absorbing Divine Power.
