The woman was visibly stunned by Chen Mo’s easy agreent. He’s surprisingly accommodating, she thought.
However, she quickly realized that this was a decision only the highest authorities in her Star System could make. "The person with the most authority?" The woman blinked. He’s asking for soone that high up? "May I ask your identity?"
"I forgot to introduce myself. I am Chen Mo."
At this simple statent, the pupils of the eye on the woman’s forehead constricted sharply. This was a common reaction among her kind when faced with extre shock. Chen Mo... "You are Chen Mo of the Solar System?" The newcor assessed him as soon as she arrived.
"I am. And you are?"
"Forgive my manners, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Jue Yue, and this is my daughter, Jue Xin. I am one of the three individuals with the highest authority in the Jueyuan Star System. You may state any of your requirents to ."
Jue Yue appraised Chen Mo. Her Divine Power Probe, backed by over a thousand units of her own strength, revealed nothing about him. She imdiately knew he was no ordinary individual. It wasn’t that her probe was being blocked by Chaos Energy; it was as if her probe hadn’t even reached a stage where such interference would be relevant. The probe she had cast was utterly disregarded by him at the Divine Power level. When The Heavenly Path’s Hint confird this outco, she beca even more certain of Chen Mo’s identity. His calm and composed deanor further solidified her conviction.
Chen Mo looked at her. "The World of Heavenly Elent is vast. The Solar System alone cannot possibly consu it all. Besides us humanoid intelligent life forms, there is also the race of Beastly Intelligent Life. Even if we were to monopolize all resources for humanoid intelligent life and prevent your developnt, we would ultimately suffer the consequences. Therefore, cooperation is inevitable."
Jue Yue was visibly surprised to hear Chen Mo so openly state his true thoughts. Most of these Aliens, much like Jue Xin when she first t Chen Mo, expressed their Star Systems’ interest in discussing cooperation with the Solar System. However, not all Solar System mbers encountered were individuals of Chen Mo’s stature. Many, upon hearing these proposals, relayed the information to their superiors. So encounters, though, nearly escalated into conflict before any words could be exchanged. This was primarily because many from the Solar System, particularly those who had fought in the prolonged wars against the Yongming Star System in the First Region, had a conditioned, hostile reaction to Aliens. Fortunately, these Aliens were quick to express their peaceful intentions, preventing imdiate hostilities.
