The altar elf extended a pale hand, gesturing for Chen Mo to co closer. His voice was low and raspy, "Dominator of the Undead, I’ve been waiting for you for a long ti. If you can bring the Power of the Undead, I will reforge the artifact components for you."
"How do I obtain this Power of the Undead?" Chen Mo asked.
"Simply sacrifice the ghosts you have summoned; it will generate the Power of the Undead."
"How many do I need to sacrifice?"
"Not many, just one trillion."
