After all, reading through so many words to understand each Skill was honestly very tireso. It was fine for one or two Skills, but pages upon pages full of Skills, with each Skill having a long description when clicked, was a bit overwhelming. The few pages he flipped through were only a tiny fraction of the total number of recorded Skill pages. There were simply too many, and it was too much to review all of them. Since he had already reserved one Skill slot, he now only had two left. Chen Mo forced himself to stay alert, picked two Skills he felt were sowhat useful, and then went straight to sleep. After all, if he didn’t pick now, these records would be gone when he woke up.
One of the two Skills Chen Mo selected was a projectile damage Skill. He planned to use his Skeleton Monster as a bomb by throwing it. Additionally, if he imbued the Skeleton Monster with a transfer mark, it could serve as a mobile teleportation point, expanding his tactical options. For the other Skill, Chen Mo learned one that could increase his team’s movent speed. He chose this second Skill to ensure that even if his Teleportation Skill was disabled, he would still possess the ability to charge forward quickly. After selecting his Skills, Chen Mo promptly went to sleep.
「anwhile, at the Academy Alliance’s examination venue...」
Several fifth-transition experts from the aristocratic families had been resurrected by Support professionals with SSS-level resurrection abilities. Upon resurrection, they all looked dumbfounded. Just before their deaths, they had clearly seen they were afflicted by an effect preventing resurrection. In that mont, they hadn’t thought there was any chance for them to co back to life. But now, they were alive again. Naturally, they found it incredibly hard to believe.
Only after checking the Heavenly Dao’s Hint did they see the ssage explaining that their ’Resurrection Prohibited’ status had been removed by a professional nad Chen Mo, who had used a strange Skill called Undead Creation.
They muttered, "Chen Mo? That na sounds so familiar."
As they whispered among themselves, nearby staff mbers of the Academy Alliance inford them who Chen Mo was. After all, the one who deserved the most credit for their resurrection was Chen Mo. These staff mbers naturally hoped the resurrected experts would rember Chen Mo’s significant favor. As long as these powerful fifth-transition experts from the aristocratic families acknowledged Chen Mo’s deed, the relationship between the aristocratic families and the Academy Alliance would beco more amicable. After all, in their eyes, Chen Mo would sooner or later grow to beco a key mber of the Academy Alliance.
So it was this young man. When I first received news about him, I thought he was extraordinary. I never expected him to be *this* remarkable—to even be able to nullify a resurrection prohibition!
Even these fifth-transition experts from the aristocratic families were utterly astounded by Chen Mo’s performance.
"The Academy Alliance really struck gold this ti," one of the fifth-transition experts from an aristocratic family remarked with a hint of envy. "If an aristocratic family could produce soone like him, their global influence would quickly rival that of the Academy Alliance. What a pity, what a pity!"
Now that everyone who should have been resurrected was revived, it was ti for post-disaster reconstruction work. This task was far simpler than resurrection. So Repair Magic could quickly fix things. Additionally, so individuals with relevant lifestyle professions could use their professional abilities to expedite the repairs. With this two-pronged approach, the destroyed buildings were quickly repaired.
However, this didn’t an the SS-level Disaster hadn’t caused any losses. The global losses were still imnse. Many had perished, their bodies mutilated beyond recognition. Furthermore, among the survivors, countless individuals had lost or damaged their equipnt and space backpacks. These losses alone were already imasurable.
Inside the safe zone, repair work proceeded in an orderly manner. Outside the safe zone, the final cleanup operations were still ongoing. After all, many weaker Heavenly Disaster Monsters still road the wilds. In this wave of the Disaster, the red-nad individuals in the wilds were the quickest to perish. They couldn’t return to safe zones and were the first to be killed in the wilderness. This one Disaster wiped out all red-nad individuals worldwide.
Chen Mo had planned to absorb experience points from red-nad individuals again in seven days. However, with powerful individuals now patrolling globally, maintaining order, and assisting in reconstruction, it seed unlikely any red-nad individuals would appear within these seven days.
「The next day at noon, Chen Mo slowly woke up.」
By the ti he had woken and washed up, the global cleanup work was finally complete. The sound of the great path resonated, accompanied by a Heavenly Dao’s Hint.
"Congratulations to all professionals in the Solar System for successfully repelling the SS-level Disaster! As a reward, all professionals will receive: 10 years of lifespan, one SS-level Gift Pack, and a 5-Level increase. (If at the Level cap, they will instead receive five tis the experience points required for their current Level to level up; if they are fifth-transition professionals, this will be changed to receiving 5 Divine Power points).
Until the next Disaster arrives: all professionals will have their monster kill drop rates increased by 100% and experience point acquisition rate increased by 100%; the team Level difference without penalty will be expanded to 10 Levels; the next Disaster is postponed for 200 days and will not exceed S-level."
What incredible rewards! Everyone in the entire Star System gets an SS-level Gift Pack, and fifth-transition professionals even get 5 Divine Power points directly! Chen Mo couldn’t help but feel a bit envious. If only his Level gain could also be converted into Divine Power. The experience points for five Levels were nothing compared to Divine Power.
This sound of the great path, however, left the Aliens still on Earth utterly stunned. They had triggered an SS-level Disaster for Earth this ti, sacrificing so many of their own, only for an Earthling to erge who possessed a large-scale resurrection ability, bringing back most of those who had died.
