If Chen Mo had no Divine Power, the effects of any abilities Chen Mo used on Liao Xuebing would be reduced by 50% for Liao Xuebing, effectively halving their impact. However, because Chen Mo had 10 points of Divine Power, these could counteract 10 points of Liao Xuebing’s Divine Power. Consequently, Liao Xuebing could only effectively use 40 points of Divine Power for defense, aning Chen Mo’s ti-stop ability would affect him for an additional 0.3 seconds.
While 0.3 seconds might seem short, for a fifth-transition powerhouse, this duration was enough for several exchanges of blows.
Of course, because Chen Mo’s Divine Physique had not been significantly activated, his Divine Power could only exert one-tenth of its original effect. So, his 10 points of Divine Power were essentially equivalent to just 1 point. The amplification to his abilities was only 1%, and the Divine Power that could be used to counteract others’ also only counted as 1 point, which could be completely ignored.

Immunity to Sealing Effects and negative auras!
Seeing this ability, Chen Mo felt this necklace was absolutely incredible. Those various immunities to one debuff or another, in fact, weren’t effective against persistent negative auras. For example, even if you had immunity to blindness, if the blindness was caused by an aura, your immunity would be nullified.
