Everett, a level-nine Beast Master, had an exceptionally grim expression on his face. He truly believed that Charles had no way of passing through that region, but he never imagined that Charles had such ans at his disposal.

The illusory eye that appeared earlier made even Everett, a level-nine Beast Master, feel uneasy, as if so terrifying existence was watching him.

After all, he was a level-nine Beast Master, and Charles was only a level-five Beast Master. Not to ntion that they were in the mystic realm. What he saw earlier was only a brief image.

The leader of the underground black market in the Haunted Marsh, Callum, had now regained his composure, as he had not expected Charles to have such a thod to solve the problem.

But instead of being shocked, Callum now wanted to mock Everett, so he directly said,

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, who was it earlier who said with such certainty that Charles couldn't do it? Talking like that is just like farting—completely useless except to stink up the place!"

Everett's face imdiately darkened. He was about to retort but suddenly thought of sothing and slowly cald down.

Callum found it strange, wondering if he had overlooked sothing.

Until Everett quietly said, "The Divine Beast in the mystic realm is of the Light elent."

This statent instantly stunned Callum. He suddenly raised his head and looked at Charles's screen.

Indeed, the special skill Charles had used earlier, that terrifying illusory eye, was ford from pure Dark elent energy.

And the Light Divine Beast and the Dark Divine Beast had always been opposites!

If it were mystical beasts of other attributes, it would be fine. A Beast Master with full attribute affinity could easily contract both Light and Dark mystical beasts, but this was a Divine Beast!

Divine Beasts had very strict requirents for their masters. Otherwise, they wouldn't attract so many talented Beast Masters to enter the mystic realm.

One could imagine that if Charles truly faced a Divine Beast, the pure Dark elent energy on him would absolutely provoke the Divine Beast's dislike, or even its hatred!

Callum now understood why Everett had cald down. No matter who ultimately contracted the Divine Beast, it certainly wouldn't be Charles!

With that thought, Callum let out a slight sigh. What a sha.

However, Charles's performance had been truly impressive. He had originally had little faith in Charles, but now he felt regretful that Charles wouldn't be able to contract the Divine Beast.

Aside from Charles, no other talented Beast Master would have undergone such a big change in perspective.

Everett sneered and said, "As far as I know, the best Light elent Beast Masters this ti, aside from the one from Suspended Mountain, include one from Cyber Academy, one from Ancient Academy, and quite a few from other factions as well."

"Ultimately, the ones who will contract the Divine Beast will definitely be those people. No matter how hard Charles tries, he will never have a chance with the Divine Beast. He will never be able to obtain it!"

"He's just a pathetic joke!"

Everett's voice didn't drop in volu, and it was especially grating, but Callum couldn't refute him because he knew that Everett's words were true.

However, at that mont, chaos erupted among the Beast Masters outside the mystic realm in the Haunted Marsh.

One of the Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh pointed at the screen and cursed loudly, "Damn it! What does Charles think he's doing? Look!"

"How can he do this?"

"This is insane! No one should be able to do sothing like this. It's too vile!"

Callum stared at Charles on the screen, dumbfounded.

He saw that after Charles passed through the dangerous area filled with Rainbow Bloodthirsty Leeches, instead of leaving, he took out a longbow, prepared his arrows, and aid them at Jas Connor and the others who were chasing after him.

In addition to Jas Connor, several other Ancient Academy students also appeared on the screen.

Callum imdiately realized what Charles was trying to do. It was clear that the other students and Charles were competitors, and in the beginning, many of the talented Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh had deliberately targeted Charles and the Beast Masters from the Abyssal Depths.

It seed that Charles wanted to use the area filled with Rainbow Bloodthirsty Leeches to strike back.

Everett's calm expression vanished instantly. His face slightly twisted, and he gritted his teeth, whispering angrily,

"What an idiot! How dare Charles do this? His actions are going to offend a lot of the talented Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh. He'll beco a target for everyone!"

"Damn it, Jas Connor and the others, along with the students from our academy, don't even know that the area ahead is filled with danger."

Inside the mystic realm,

Charles stared coldly at the Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh in the distance. Zara and the others stood behind him, looking at him with confusion.

Nate, with a worried expression, cautiously said, "Charles, maybe we should forget about it. More people will be arriving here soon, and if they band together, we're done for."

Zara also said, "Yeah, Charles, maybe we should go find the materials the Queen needs first."

Charles slowly replied, "At the start, the Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh had already started working together. Let's wait and see. At least, I want to make sure all the Ancient Academy people leave first!"

Charles was not in a hurry to leave. He knew very well that being the first to leave the labyrinth didn't guarantee that one could contract the Divine Beast. Moreover, for him, he naturally wanted to drive out the mbers of Ancient Academy who were targeting him.

If they could do it, then Charles could certainly do the sa.

Soon, Jas Connor, along with several of the Haunted Marsh's talented Beast Masters, cautiously watched Charles and his group.

Jas Connor shouted loudly, "So it's Charles, huh? You're really lucky. You got scared and ran away, but you chose the right path."

"But I'm curious, why aren't you continuing to run? Instead, you're staying here. What's the reason?"

Charles smiled and replied, "Want to know? Co over here, and I'll tell you."

Jas Connor's gaze turned cold. He had previously used the Giant Venomous Mosquito Queen to summon Giant Venomous Mosquitoes to scout ahead, so he knew that the area ahead was filled with unknown dangers.

But Charles's strength seed to be only that of a level-five Beast Master, and the other three people with him were all just average level-six Beast Masters, nothing special.

Since Charles and his group, with inferior strength, managed to pass through the area, they, with their superior strength, should have no problem at all.

Jas Connor glanced back at the remaining companions—seven of them, all level-six Beast Masters.

However, to be cautious, Jas Connor summoned the Giant Venomous Mosquito Queen. The hexagram array lit up, and a mosquito the size of a buffalo appeared beside Jas Connor, its wings flapping continuously.

Then, the giant tail of the Giant Venomous Mosquito Queen trembled slightly, and three mosquitoes, each the size of a fist, erged from its tail.

The three Giant Venomous Mosquitoes flapped their wings and slowly began to move toward the white, marshy forest ahead.

Before they could enter the area filled with Rainbow Bloodthirsty Leeches, a sharp, whistling sound rang out, followed by an explosion!

The three Giant Venomous Mosquitoes, each the size of a fist, were imdiately blown into pieces by an arrow shot by Charles.

Jas Connor was instantly furious. He glared at Charles and shouted, "Damn it, what are you doing? How dare you attack us?"

"Just you wait! A bunch of useless trash, how dare you provoke us, the Beast Masters of the Haunted Marsh?"

In the next mont, Jas Connor abandoned the cautious exploration of the area ahead and decided to push through with force.

However, before he could act, soone whispered a few words in his ear. Only then did Jas Connor calm down, turning to look at the several Ancient Academy students who had followed them.

Jas Connor's gaze fell on a man with a unique appearance, whose face was as square as a block.

He recognized this person; he was the leader of the Ancient Academy students in this mystic realm, nad Samuel.

Jas Connor spoke directly, "Samuel, I've heard that you've captured a lot of the Abyssal Depths Beast Masters and forced them to explore the dangerous areas. Why not let them explore ahead? I don't believe Charles will continue to attack!"

Samuel from Ancient Academy smiled and replied, "Of course, that's possible. But our Ancient Academy mbers need to be in front of you."

Jas Connor thought for a mont and nodded in agreent. He had heard that the Ancient Academy students had been particularly targeting the Beast Masters from the Abyssal Depths, even controlling a few of them to explore dangerous areas as cannon fodder.

However, he hadn't seen any of those Abyssal Depths Beast Masters around, so it was likely that they were still hiding.

Soon, several figures appeared around the corner in the distance. Five Ancient Academy students were driving three Abyssal Depths Beast Masters, slowly walking toward them.

The three Abyssal Depths Beast Masters were in terrible condition—one had lost an arm, another had lost a calf, and the last one appeared unhard, but his eyes were dim, filled with fear.

Samuel looked at the three Abyssal Depths Beast Masters with a look of disgust in his eyes. He had the other Ancient Academy students drive them forward, heading into the dangerous area ahead.

Charles watched this scene and took a deep breath. He knew that their intention was to make him stop attacking so they could figure out what kind of danger was hiding in that area.

Nate remained silent. He hadn't expected the Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh to do sothing like this—it was just outright bullying.

Earlier, he hadn't fully understood why Charles had stopped here, but now his heart was filled with rage and nowhere to vent it. He actually hoped that Charles would teach the Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh a lesson.

This feeling wasn't only in his heart; it was shared by countless Abyssal Depths Beast Masters watching from outside. For them, this was a disgrace!

All the Abyssal Depths Beast Masters were looking at Charles, hoping to see him change everything!
