Temur was unlucky, because he was teleported to the stone rocky beach and smack in the middle of thousands, It was a disaster. His height made him stood out among them and the Awakeners instinctively turned to him for fight.

Temur smashed his fist into the nearest ones chest, sending him back into his fellow human and sent the who bunch crashing. Then he leaped over them and into the mass, using his raw strength to clear the way as he ran.

Fight broke up pretty fast among them, the Awakeners began to unleash their weapons. It was a ss. Almost ten thousand on this side of the beach, all lumped together and fighting. There's no specific enemy, they just cut down the nearest closest to them.

But so people's abilities helped them out as they took flight. A wind mage lifted himself up into the air after causing a small tornado to clear the place he was before.

Temur saw all this and more as he struggled his way among them, the sll of sweat and blood mixed together with the sun to create an unpleasant sensation. The more he went forward the thicker it got.

Finally though, he had no choice but to bring out a weapon. Temur usually carry a number of different weapons in his ring, he didn't limit himself to just one way of fighting and as his Codex used to say– a warrior must be prepared for all thing.

He lifted the warhamr with on hand, the sun glinting on the black stone head.

"Ahhhhhh!"

"Baaaaah!"

Bones snapped like twig, and blood sprayed, body fly through the air. He lifted it again and people shy away, opening space in front of him. Suddenly, a bolt of white hot light eat into the mass of people in front of him, lting them away as it shot towards Temur.

He lifted his hamr to block it and he grunted when the attack collided, driving him back. Hot molten stone sprayed on the ground and he hurriedly threw his lted hamr away. "Who are you." His dark slanted dark eyes took in the newcor.

There's sothing about those with above common and uncommon Codex. Temur didn't know how to explain it but there's sothing about them. Like the sharp cold aura that surrounds a knife.

"I should be asking you the sa, I've not see a Khantari before. Aren't you suppose to be very few in the Tower? In fact there have only been how many of you?" He has dull green hair and sharp eyes that took in Temur's reddish tone skin.

"What's that to you?" Temur neatly stepside a sword strike, dancing even further back as three energy slash blew out of the sword. The swordman didn't even register that his attack failed as he went about looking for another person to fight.

"Well I'm looking for a muscle to help clear the way. All you have to do is clean the way for after I've lted them. I don't want to get my hands dirty, you see."

Temur noticed then, with all that's going on around him the man didn't have the ti to look for unnecessary details but. "You're wearing white here." And most surprising of all is that it wasn't dirty.

"It's my favorite color. My na is Ekun, do we have a deal?" Ekun asked.

"I am Temur." He now understand why this test was set. Thousands of Awakeners are here with common Codex and they want to climb and then there's people like Temur and Ekun. They want to separate the powerful and the non powerful. "And no, I'll do this alone."

Ekun's face changed. "You bastard, do you know who I am? How dare you look down on !"

Temur sighed, he's one of those people? He didn't have ti for this, he's closer to the wooden bridges and who knew just how long it has been already? "Look Ekun....."

He flunged himself away just in ti as a white splitting light passed through where he was, lting the stone and the bodies on its path. 'No wonder he's arrogant! Look at that absurd firepower!' Temur thought.

But maybe he should have picked soone closer to his own strength. Temur brought out a sword, long with a curving end. His Codex is a warrior with years of experience. It has been teaching him the basics of all weapon usage and how to combine them with aura, since different weapons needed different techniques and will bring different results.

The sword is called a scimitar and its good for fighting very large crowd. He pumped it with aura and then he whipped out quickly, the sword buzzed in the air like an angry bee. The aura followed, flashing a thin light that curved like a crescent moon.

The technique he just used makes aura faint to see in the air but the result is devastating.

There people fell at once and even though Ekun managed to survive, his gut was tore open and he lay breathing hard on the ground.

Temur lood over him and Ekun's eyes widen, he brought his hand up as if to attack but the glow from his sword stopped him. "Wise. You'll live if you drink a potion. This is the Tower, you better get used to getting your hands dirty, brat."

He turned, most of the Awakeners were looking at him with hungry eyes but they didn't make any move towards him. Instead they turned to the one lying there.

Temur didn't turn back as he continued on his way and this ti, he didn't use blunt weapon for anyone who got in his way. His sword sang in the air and red followed. Aura and blood.

He got to the bridge by cutting his way through and he didn't stop there, he went deeper in the sea, blood dripped from him into the platform he chose, both his and his enemy's own.

It was then that the sky opened and things started to pour down.
