Jiang Han had earlier felt that Lin Tianming’s overconfidence and prolonged playfulness were the reasons he couldn’t escape the trap.

She had just been thinking that it’d be best for Lin Tianming to fight to the death and then she would co out at the last critical mont to rescue him after his narrow victory over the Green-faced Wolf Pack and the Green Moon Wolf King.

Now that Lin Tianming had managed to escape on his own wit, Jiang Han naturally did not want her precious student Lin Tianming to go through such life-threatening promotion thods.

However, recalling how she had been worried sick the whole ti, Jiang Han’s pretty face couldn’t help but show so dissatisfaction.

"This stinky kid... Can’t he think about less bizarre things and be more steady? Being his teacher is really exhausting; I’m truly afraid that one day he’ll give a heart attack from all the trouble!"

Grumbling and complaining about Lin Tianming’s reckless actions, Jiang Han continued to hide in the shadows, covering and protecting him.

At this mont, Lin Tianming had found a temporarily safe place to hide and was calmly regaining his strength.

Having almost fully recovered his strength, Lin Tianming then stood up again.

Thinking back to the recent battle between the Blue Crystal Water Tiger and the Green-faced Wolf Pack, Lin Tianming was sowhat curious about who would ultimately erge victorious.

"Is it the Level 26 Blue Crystal Water Tiger with slightly stronger fighting power, or the Level 25 Green Moon Wolf King and his pack that are stronger? I really want to go back and see!"

Just as Jiang Han had started to relax about Lin Tianming, hearing his post-recovery comnts almost caused her to fall out of the tree in anger.

"This Tianming kid... really! Can’t he ever calm down?"

Lin Tianming was just talking; he wasn’t foolish. Having finally escaped, he naturally wouldn’t walk right back into danger.

Now, he was also in hiding and had regained his strength. It was best for him to proceed with caution in the Lost Forest, slowly seeking out a suitable Awakened Beast target to strike from the shadows for his final promotion.

With this in mind, Lin Tianming began to cautiously conceal his tracks in the Lost Forest, while carefully searching for his target.

Jiang Han had already decided to co out and give Lin Tianming a lesson, warning him not to be so reckless in the Lost Forest or else he might pay with his life.

However, when she saw Lin Tianming did not actually return to find the Blue Crystal Water Tiger and the Green-faced Wolf Pack, Jiang Han realized Lin Tianming was just speaking hypothetically, not seriously contemplating going back.

"Stinky kid, always so startling... I really don’t want to bother with you anymore!"

Despite saying she didn’t want to bother anymore, the weary Jiang Han continued to follow Lin Tianming.

Fortunately, Lin Tianming did truly settle down after that. Wherever he went, he ensured his tracks were completely concealed, never revealing himself unless he found a suitable target. This provided Jiang Han—who was nearly driven to a heart condition by Lin Tianming’s antics—a lot more peace of mind for the ti being.

"Level 27 Purple Fire Poison Scorpion... feeding right now, this is a good opportunity!"

After so searching, Lin Tianming finally found an Awakened Beast target that would save him the most energy.

Despite the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion being one level higher than the Green Moon Wolf King, Lin Tianming was confident he could quickly defeat the solitary Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion.

"The attack must be swift; hesitation could alert other Awakened Beasts. Limited stamina would make them hard to deal with..."

Learnt from his previous fighting mistakes, Lin Tianming gave himself a reminder.

Spiritual Ability Transformation!

In order to kill the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion in front of him silently and efficiently, Lin Tianming transford into a Spiritual Body, approaching the creature with extre caution.

In his Spiritual Body State, Lin Tianming did not trigger any alert from the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion, and he successfully reached its behind.

Watching the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion feed, Lin Tianming erged from the shadows and unleashed several skills in rapid succession.

Thunderstorm Frenzy augnted his attack and speed, Spirit Body Spark struck directly at the soul of the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion, and Thunderous Trample stomped close-range onto the scorpion’s body.

Fast, accurate, ruthless!

Even though the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion was a Level 27 Awakened Beast, it stood no chance and was killed on the spot under Lin Tianming’s combined skill assault.

Almost simultaneously with Lin Tianming’s slaying of the Level 27 Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion, he felt the last step of his advancent breakthrough, successfully stepping into Level 17.

After killing the Purple Crystal Poison Scorpion and advancing to Level 17, Lin Tianming promptly left the scene, drawing on his previous survival experience in the Lost Forest.

Once he reached a safe area, Lin Tianming carefully sensed the changes in his abilities after advancing to Level 17.

In particular, he focused on the cooldown ti of the Divine Hand’s Duplicate ability.

Lin Tianming rembered that Teacher Jiang Han had ntioned that once he breaks through to Level 17, the Divine Hand’s cooldown ti would be reduced from twelve hours to six hours.

After carefully confirming that the cooldown ti of the Divine Hand’s Duplicate really was reduced to only six hours, Lin Tianming couldn’t help but reveal a slight smile.

In the shadows, seeing Lin Tianming successfully break through to Level 17 and rembering to find a safe place to sense the improvents his new level brought, Jiang Han couldn’t help but show a relieved smile.

"Although he was a bit reckless and overconfident at the start, fortunately, this kid learned and grew from his combat experiences quickly enough. He’s safely advanced to Level 17 without incident. It’s pointless for him to stay in the Lost Forest any longer; it’s ti to take him back to the Imperial Academy."

Just as Jiang Han was about to erge from the shadows to congratulate Lin Tianming on his advancent to Level 17 and take him back to the Imperial Academy, a huge commotion nearby caused her to frown involuntarily.

Lin Tianming was also drawn to the nearby commotion. After hesitating for a mont, he headed towards the source of the noise without revealing his own location.

Soon, Lin Tianming arrived at the location of the noise and saw the Blue Crystal Water Tiger that was with its babies.

The Blue Crystal Water Tiger stood protectively in front of its two cubs, growling threateningly at the individual eyeing its babies.

"Are there other Awakeners training in this Lost Forest?"

Under Lin Tianming’s gaze, there was another young male Awakener at the scene who appeared to be about his age.

This Awakener also had with him an Awakened Beast that Lin Tianming was quite familiar with—the Green Moon Wolf King that had previously pursued him.

The Level 25 Green Moon Wolf King had been vicious and unruly when chasing Lin Tianming.

But beside this male Awakener, it seed entirely obedient.

"How co the Green Moon Wolf King seems to listen to that person’s commands?"

As Lin Tianming pondered this, he suddenly heard Jiang Han’s voice from behind him.

"Because his superpower awakening is that of a Guardian Beast Master; Guardian Beast Masters are Superpower Awakeners who fight by taming and commanding Awakened Beasts."

Startled by Jiang Han’s sudden appearance behind him, Lin Tianming took a deep breath after looking at her smiling at him.

"Teacher Jiang Han, could you please not suddenly appear behind soone like that next ti? It’s scary!"

"No!"
