In the Hero's field of vision, extrely fine yet unusually dense threads extended from the void, clinging to the First Princess like a web entangling its prey.
These threads, isolated by the high walls, writhed like tentacles, trying to find breaches in the wall to invade.
Such a sight was familiar to the Hero. Similar threads once drooped from the void, interweaving into a Saintess' divine garnt upon her.
However, compared to the Angel King's "blessing," the threads before her eyes, though dense, were not nurous, only densely erging from places like the First Princess's head.
But the Hero knew that those parts were not chanical, but the remaining flesh of the First Princess.
The threads were like a malign parasitic mycelium, attempting to occupy every inch of the First Princess's existence.
This sight sent shivers down the Hero's spine.
Even those being eroded by the Nether Sea Dream probably wouldn't look this terrifying here. After all, a nightmare only brings fear, it doesn't replace the drear itself.
'So disgusting, those actors couldn't be the Goblin Group, could they?' Another self voiced its disgust.
'Overwriting existence from a conceptual level... but there's still hope, the soul of the First Princess itself hasn't degraded.' The Hero took a deep breath and cald down.
Whether it was defeating the First Princess with a Legendary Prosthetic Body or the successful execution of Ritual Magic, accomplishing either of these tasks would be sothing ordinary people could boast of.
But the Hero knew these were just basic preparation steps.
As a healer, she was very familiar with the process of treatnt: first, to make the patient willing to accept treatnt, then observe the condition, locate the lesion, analyze, and determine the type of injury or illness...

Saying it's multi-tasking might be inaccurate, but as long as the Depraved Hero was willing to cooperate, she could easily think through different issues simultaneously.
And now, with the Hero wielding the Hunting Knowledge Incarnation, she felt her consciousness clearer than ever, and her spiritual power vastly powerful, enough to support two people's worth of ultra-distant detection.

Quickly making a division of labor for maximum efficiency, the Hero's consciousness separated from the other self, each choosing different sources of the threads.
Dual perception spread out, along these paths of interference, reverse-extending into the void, advancing all the way to the unknown other shore.

Following the conceptual threads attached to the First Princess, the Hero's perception detached from her body, chose a direction, and began tracing back to the origin of the threads.
The direction wasn't chosen randomly. Although the source of the conceptual threads was chaotic, spreading in all directions and possibly disguised and interfered with, none could escape her scrutiny.
She filtered out the threads with the largest number originating from the sa location and chose here as the target.
The Hero could almost confirm that the reason the First Princess was subjected to the actors' interference, becoming their tool, was precisely because she had once been in contact with this place.
The maiden's perception extended unceasingly, allowing her to feel the bustling of the city, the brushing of high winds, the flow of river water, the weight of mountains, the ethereality of white clouds...
All these flashed by like passing shadows, irrelevant information gradually faded, and the surrounding world beca shrouded in darkness, only the end of her target emanating a dazzling light.
