Incredible, on the far side of the moon, humankind indeed resides.
When our ship crossed the Moon Bridge, traversed the heavenly sea, and reached the far side of the White Moon, what appeared before us was a white city seemingly lded with the moon surface.
If observed closely, the construction craftsmanship of that city was not extraordinarily exquisite. Although undoubtedly superior to the Capital, in a holy place like the White Moon, untouched by predecessors, it lacked so sense of awe.
Yet at the ti, we did not feel disappointed but instead held our breath, captivated by the presence of that city.
The first impression, to be honest, was rather ordinary, sumd up in just two words:
——Clean.
The cleanliness of this city transcended the limits of what words could describe.
Even on a seafaring vessel battered by wind and rain, magic could help maintain a certain level of cleanliness, and it’s common for the Mage Tower to go uncleaned for years.
But no amount of skill could make an entire area immaculate; such an effort would be a waste and unnecessary.
However, here there was not a trace of filth.
Even if a hundred maids spent three days and nights cleaning just one room, they could not achieve such cleanliness.
Clearer than the sky, purer than the ocean,
compared to the filthy city streets and muddy rural towns, it was truly a heavenly abyss apart.
Absolute cleanliness.
No dust, no stains, not even the slightest impurity seed to exist in the air.
A perfect pure white, devoid of any filth or dirt, an immaculate moon city.
Yet beneath the seemingly immaculate whiteness of this city, however—
